Chowking Very poor customer service!

July 31, Monday around 8:40 am I decided to eat breakfast at Chowking Times Plaza, United Nations ave., Manila. Upon entering the place there was no welcome greetings from the crew which I usually ignore. Then while on the counter, there was a senior crew (forgot what's his name, all I remember on his name plate is 'senior service crew') doing something on the micros (POS terminal) while holding a receipt, by the looks of it, is like something serious since he mentioned "there's a discrepancy" so since he is pre-occupied I'm just waiting there and hope one of the other crew to take care of me. One of the other crew went to him to talk about that "discrepancy" rather than greet me and take my order. Seems like that receipt with a "discrepancy" is more important than a customer in front of them waiting to order at the counter.

Between 1730 to 1830 manila time

what kind of customer service do they have? service crew and staff are not trainable enough to manage customer service, all of them are untidy, unhelpful,rude and not even know how to clean properly the used table by previous customer and mostly they dont have the urgency to help for their customer . and i was shocked when their service crew served they so called friends outside they will served them right away since i dont even know them i need to wait for my order for almost 1 hr. and they are PETIX and doing chit chatting rather than doing their job. and the guy manager is just looking at his phone.

and their comfort room/ restroom is so disgusting , smells bad and so dirty. they not even try to check and clean it.

and as expected since they are not focus , my orders are incorrect and some are missing since i ordered take out.

what service. Chowking must do something about it since the review in this branch is not really good.

Desired outcome: Change the crew and management for this branch ,for the people who are trainable enough to know what is customer service is all about. and knows how to do their job right and with integrity.

Chowking Slow service of the branch hoping for an improvement

I would like to complain about the slow service of your chowking branch here at city mall goldenfield bacolod city negros occidental. Rude lady manager because they were not able to punch my order from food riders. The rider received the order 12:11 pm and the lady manager incharge punch it 10mins later and they did not inform the rider that their standard preparation for their fried chicken is 40mins.. pls help us customer to debrief your incharge crew and manager to your branch here at city mall goldenfield bacolod city negros occidental its been like this since before for many years and the rider was informed that their standard for the serving of chicken is 40mina which is not right. It seems they are not following the standard of chowking. Wich is not right. If they have difficulty in serving the food to its standard time they should adjust to cater as much as possible based to the standard time of preparation not that they will changed the standard time to their own time which is wrong. Pls help us customer get better service. If standard time is not met i guess need more training or manpower will help. If possible pls replace the management for being rude to their customer like the rider because their not doing the job right.

Chowking Manager of chowking legarda named mike

The manager is so rude sa employees and customer, 1 customer natumba sa chair ng d sinasadya pero sa sobrang rude ng manager kung ano ano pa sinabi, and the way he talks super rude na porket simple lng attire ng cistomer ganun nya kausapin, 2nd kinuha nya yung tray na nilagay namin sa chair na vagant sa lamesa, at sinabi samin bakit dun daw namin nilagay so saan namin ilalagay mga pinagkainan kung kinuha na nya yung chair you can check the cctv. Chowking legarda worst manager, iba ang tono ng pagsasalita nya masyadong mayabang at pamangmaliit.

Chowking Service

July 21, 2023 Chowking ayala center cebu Service is VERY BAD waited 2hours to have my food ready. Order it online for pick up at 12:15 PM Was expecting to have it by 12:35-12:45 the most. Arrived at the store on time, waited patiently as I can also ser more customers are waiting for their food. At 1pm check and asked if my order is ready was advised wait for couple minutes again. Not able to see supervisor or manager around handling the team. At 1:45 I decided to ask again my order still not yet ready until almost 2pm I asked if there is a manager around that I can talk to. Since I have been waiting for the food more than what I am expecting. Alot of customers are complaining and cancelling their order Grab drivers are alos waiting that long Finally got my food past 2pm instead of taking it home we decided to eat it in the store since we are already starving. At almost 3 pm then I can see managers are coming out and seat outside for a talk with the other managers like WHAT? Where these guys have been with those chaos during peak hours? No even conpensation given to those customers waiting to long If they cannit manage the area of production during peaks hours better to replace these clowns as this is bad for the business Millions will be lost

Chowking Chowking pancit canton

We dine here today 25th of July at chowking tutuban mall and I ordered ala carte of chowking pancit canton. I don’t know if they were false advertising their product as they stated in the ad that they improve this meal (pancit canto) but upon serving to us its cold, saucy and bland the appearance of the dish is pale not appeticing at all. Im so disappointed as the last time i visit chowking at sm fairview brancg they were serving hot dishes unlike here

Chowking I'm complaining about the service of your cashier named Pauli at SM City Naga branch.

We are excited to eat out, the kids chose Chowking. Senior citizen nanay ko, sya ang nagoorder to avail the discount. Sobrang tagal niya na sa counter so I decided to ask ano problema. And then pagpunta ko, the cashier is handling my mom 2 receipt. Sabi ko bakit dalawa na, sabi ng nanay ko "Pano, mali mali. Nkatatlo ng receipt." Ang order ng nanay ko 2 halo2x lang, inulit ng inulit naging apat na. I know that this is sales technique pero sana ayusin naman. Marami kaming order hindi lang yan. I have worked in this kind of industry kaya alam ko may training ang lahat. At kung nafocus lang sana sa trabaho, magiging maayos ang services. Anyways, okay lahat ng lalake na server lalo na yung nasa Claim section. Hope this will serve a lesson. Thank and God bless.

Chowking Delay of service

Today, July 10, 2023, I when to Chowking near De Lasalle University. I ordered Medium Size Halo-Halo because I am craving for it. I placed my order at 18:11 based on assembler's copy. Since, I just ordered halo-halo I am expecting right away the halo-halo will be serve. After almost 45 minutes I feel distress because I take too long of waiting. I am shy person, so I didn't bother to approach the counter. Atlast after almost 50 minutes I recieved my order. I was concerned how it takes to prepare and serve the halo halo. I am observing the assembler it takes her to prepare within a minute. Then they have waited me almost an hour just for a cup of halo halo. And based on my reciept serve now but how?

The photos attached is my reciept how ever it is nearly clear because the reciept print is nearly washed out.

Desired outcome: An apology and discount next time.

Chowking About the computation for senior discount

Nagdine kami ng kapatid ko, we're both seniors. We ordered 2 sweet n sour fish fillet, with iced tea and yung rice upgraded to eggrice pareho at 2 sml halo- halo. The total was 548. How come ang sales senior citizen is 365 lang? It should be 548 then less 12% vat, then less senior discount diba? Ngayon ko lng nakita sa bahay when i cheched the receipt. Can you please check on this? I need feed back from your office.

Desired outcome: Recompute and give the correct discount for senior.

In Chowking SM Trece, I on my lunch break and I was alone. Nagcrave ako sa chowking so sa chowking ako kumain. I put my tumbler and tinapay sa lamesa (yung tinapay nakabalot sa supot) since tinatawag yung number ng customer at nasa bandang dulo ako lumapit ako sa counter sa may waiting area para marinig ko at iniwan ko yung mga dala ko sa lamesa, sadly...

Good day, July 2, 2023, sa Edsa Taft chowking, Unit 1 & 1-A Giselle Park Plaza Edsa, nanigaw ng customer na matanda ang cashier na babae doon, tama ba yun? dahil lang matagal makapili ng order yung matandang customer?! nakakagalit, nakakadismaya yung mga cashier sa chowking Edsa taft, lalo na yung babae na nasa sulok. masyadong mainit ang ulo. Chowking Service

Please improve your service namn chowking sanpedro. Nag order ako chowfan w/ shomai w/ drinks tapos add buchi. Very poor masyado service.

Tapos hindi pa sunod ang ks1 to ks7 toloy d nakuha yong right na order ko kulang walang buchi na na punch. I know it's franchise pero ga ito ba talaga? Habang na serve na ang food nag ask ako sa dining crew kong na punch nya ba ang buchi kasi d ko na maintindihan nasa resibo. While starting to eat na walang drinks na naka serve panu ba namn kasi sa cashier palang hindi naka focus tapos. Tapos naka half nako sa food ko dito pako sinabihan ng dining crew na wala na palang mirinda at sana duon palang sa ctr. Niyo nag sabi na agad naka upgrade pa ang drinks ko ts diba iba ang basi ng large drinks ng soda compare to juice or ice tea. Ang na serve kasi 16 oz. Dapat 22oz. D ko. Naman sinabe sa ctr nyo I upgrade nya drinks ko. But buot sxa paki ayos Naman naka ka erita . Yong c. R din puno ng tissue Hays!

Chowking Arrogant staff and manager

Nerereklamo ko Ang manager nyo sa Chowking lagro Fatima branch. His name is (Nibra birahim) kinakausap ko sya tinalikuran ako. Ngrereklamo ako sa order ng customer ko na naka ready for pick up na si Chowking pero pagdating ko Doon di pa pala gawa yong order. Performance ko Kasi ang tatamaan kapag ganun. At itong manager nyo kulang sa training mas galit pa sya Sakin.

Desired outcome: Gusto ko tanggalin nyo Yan sa store na yan ibalik nyo yong dating manager mas maayos kausap. Nakikinig sa complain ng mga customer at rider.

Hi kumaen kme sa chowking tutuban ng 18:02 ng hapon then humanap kme nang uupuan pra mailapag ung sinerve smen ngaun my nakita kmeng nag bubus out sa kabilang table after niang mag bus tinawag nmen sia GELO ang name nia pra punasan nlng ung table kse nga madumi sia hinintay nmen sia pero dinaanan nia lng kme na prang walang narinig! Chowking Almost 40 minutes waiting time

I ordered 2 orders of spicy pork chowfan in uptow. Chowking. They gave a buzzer to wait for the order, it clearly says that the buzzer will light and vibrate once the order is rrady. I waited for almost 40 minutes. Then when I decided to follow up, i heard that they gave my order to a wrong person. That device didn't do anything and just wasted my time. In the end, I waited for another more minutes for them to prepare and everything!

May naserve po samin di kagandahan ang luto ng chao fan with egg., I was surprise po sa amoy at lasa kasi nya paborito po kasi namin mag partner talagang chaofan ang gusto namin kaya alam na alam namin ang amoy at lasa nito., lasang sunog talaga then I confronted the manager in charge na si lovely yung chao fan namin ang sinasabi nya lang is ganun talaga ang amoy then pinalutuan ako ng bago pero I doubt kasi wala nabago mukang gusto talaga nila iserve yung ganun., and kahit kakausapin ko sya bigla sya umalis. Were expecting an apology from the manager, iniisip ko na baka nga ganun talaga ang amoy pero kasi nalasahan ko sya., then may mga nakita ako mga sunog na nakahalo dun sa chao fan so tama hinala ko may nasunog nga na naihalo sa chaofan., very fan kami ng chaofan kaya alam na alam po namin ang lasa at amoy ng chaofan., dagdag ko rin na medyo may alam din ako sa pgluluto kaya alam ko kung parang may mali po talaga., ngayon lang din po kasi namin to naexperience ever magserve ng ganun chaofan., kahit sa pag complain po ngayon lang din po., so dismayado kami sa nakain namin., ngayon lang po ito namin nakain around 830 am sun june 11,2023.,

Chowking Crew customer service

I ordered in GMall Davao-Bajada branch for 2 chowfan with topping, 1 with fried siomai and 1 with lumpia. However the crew was in a hurry that she didn't allow me to have it changed with the correct order I placed. She instead gave us 2 fried siomai for toppings! I told her to have it escalated by her manager and she just told me their manager was busy and cannot cater my complaint. The crew's name is Jai according to my receipt. We don't deserve to be treated like this for we pay an exact amount and expecting to get an exact service we trully deserve!

Desired outcome: You should orient your people and instill to them the real meaning of customer service!

Hi chowking Regalado! nag order ang asawa ko sa inyo, June 08, 2023 (Wednesday in the evening) 10:53PM! My question is umaabot ba ang promise time and serving nyo ng almost 1hour sa PCF nyo? 5minutes nalang 12:00am in the morning na ng maibigay sa asawa ko ang order nya, 5times follow up for PCF! ganun katagal kayo magserved! Nauna pang bigyan Yung mga sumunod sa kanya samantalang sya ang nauna, BTW atleast nalaman na namen na ganyan Ang serving nyo, let see sa susunod na audit Kong may magbabago! Chowking PWD discount

Branch: chowking banay banay crossing, lipa batangas

Nagtake ng order: manager (girl. Nakapuyot and nakamask na black. Sorry di ko nakuha ang name as i didn’t expect na ganito mangyayare)

Cashier: lalaki (Same scenario) isang cashier lang naman that time ang working.

I think it was around/past 7pm. Pagpasok namin sa loob, expect namin malelate ang food since May graduation yata near school.

Nag advance call: separate person. Lalaki din.

As in. Tinake ni manager order ko via paper na maliit. Then i I call her attention. May ID yung kapatid ko for PWD. 2x ako nag attempt- binanggit. Dahil nakamask sabi niya wait.

Then nagpalit, si cashier naman. Sabi ko magbabayad ako via gcash. Inabot ko ulit phone ng kapatid ko with me at the counter since nasa phone nya ang copy ng ID niya.

Inask ko ulit siya. Sabi ko na discount ba yung sa kapatid ko. Inulit ko ang order. Yung chicken lauriat and then tumango siya saying opo. Binigay niya lang sakin is yung confirmation receipt from cashless payment nyo.

Matagal dumating syempre si food. Given, since madami nga tao.

After kumain. Inapproach ko si ate. Naka black, yung naghatid ng food. Kako pasuyo naman ng resibo namin may ipapareimbursed kasi ako for my food. 2-3x siya sakin lumapit. Wala pa daw. Ipprint lang daw. Tatapusin lang daw yung nasa counter. Sabi ko ok lang. Yung 4th, basta inexplain ko same scenario, take order manager. Cashier for payment. Then, wala pa din. May lumapit na ibang staff. Girl. Asking kung ano yung need ko. Sabi ko resibo po kasi kelangan ko maipareimbursed yung dinner ko.

Ni reprint na po si resibo and then sinabi ko may discount ba yan for PWD kasi yung sa kapatid ko tinuro ko may binigay kami. Wala daw. Bumalik sa loob may dalang chicharap paglapit. So alam ko na. May fault sila. Kasi hindi na discount. Yun ang kapalit.

I would like an apology from the Manager. Kasi andon lang siya sa loob to approach me directly na sana na kasalanan niya talaga. Manager na siya niyan to think. Pero di niya nagawa ng ayos ang trabaho na hindi naman nya dapat kunin kasi andon si cashier mismo. Then 2x na approach. Impossible naman na Nalimutan.

Gusto ko po sana maturuan ng lesson yung mga ganitong issue. Hindi lang siya dahil manager ay let go na. Dapat siya din maging responsible enough sa action niya. Since fault niya. I want an apology from Her. Isa lang naman siya don na kaiba ang uniform so i know siya ang mas mataas. If hindi siya mag acknowledge, i will elevate this also to BIR ,since di nyo binigay yung original copy ko ng resibo. & since receipt customer copy should be given every now and then. I have proof na reprint lang siya. Knowing na sabi nila staff. Nawala na daw. Hinahanap pa.

Desired outcome: Mapabalik yung discount kasi don lang sila entitled. :give proper lesson to the manager. I charge sa kanya ang bill if kinakailangan.

Post on your restaurant that ask for receipt is a must. Check if proper discount were given.

Di ko kelangan nung chicharap. Kaya kitang bilhan kahit isang sako pa. 2nd, wag ka madamot. Kasi di naman sayo ang company. Paswelduhin ka lang. Kala mo sa bulsa mo mapupunta yung madidiscount namin. Kapag di mo binigay. Practice what you preach. Ikaw nagtuturo. Pero ikaw nagkakamali. This must be an example kapag nagttrain kayo ng bago. Kasi real life siya. Promise. Masakit na di nyo binibigay yung entitlement na deserve ng mga PWD citizen. Di naman nila ginusto magkaganon sila.

Desired outcome: To the manager or staff. Tatanda ka din. Deserve mo din to. Isipin mo nalang pano kung ikaw nasa position namin. At nag effort ka for your brother for the discount.
