Chowking Kulang kulang po yung mga nakalagay tapos di man lang nasunod yung mga request

Nag order po kame sa chowking malaria sa grab around 10:21am porkchowfan with chicken, chicken canton tapos tatlong halo halo small, nanghingi po kame ng chili at toyomansi pero walang nakalagay pag kuha namin ng order tapos may request part po kame sa chicken pero hindi din nasunod tapos alam ko may lecheflan yung halo halo pero walang nakalagay. Paayos nalang po sana sa susunod

Chowking Pancit canton / noodles / chowking roces quezon avenue branch

Yesterday, I ordered through Foodpanda, one siopao and one pancit canton. Rider arrived on time, the bread/siopao was hot and fresh, proving that the rider quickly delivered the item to me on time, but the pancit canton was so dry, it looked like it was cooked hours ago, or maybe a left over, even my dog refused to it. I am doing this so it won't happen again as things like this would give your store a bad name.

Chowking Incomplete order

I ordered today through Grab Delivery.

Chowking Better living branch to be delivered here in Johnson & Johnson.

6 - chicken Lauriat and 1 Sweet & Sour Pork Lauriat all of the lauriat does not have butchi.

I called the grab driver and he was helpful to go back to chowking however the person i spoke in that branch keep on insisting for the receipt which I told a couple of time that was already thrown in the garbage.

I know they can check it on their restaurant copy whether they have punch in the butchi.

Also to add I ordered Lauriat and it is part of the meal.

Really disappointing how you handle concern. In the first place you have already missed part of our order and instead of correcting it the way it was handled makes it much more frustrating.

Chowking Butchi

Can someone explain to me what is this? Second time na ako nkakabili ng meron ganito sa loob ng butchi. Favorite ko pa naman to, and everytime na nsa chowking kami hindi mawawala to sa mga orders ko, And then one time nakita ng sister ko na may something sa loob, parang uod. I check kung yung isang butchi lang ang meron but to my dismay, lahat meron. yung sa first picture binili nung May 4, 2020 tru pasabuy, i don't know where he bought it. But you will see something on the first picture. Binalik na lang nung seller yung pera ko, i ask some of my friends who work from chowking. They say na mali ang proper holding or hindi na first in first out or lumang stock nlang na pinapaubos. And then nag order ako ngayon tru grab food, pero same scenario na naman yung butchi, may something na naman. See second picture.

Chowking Expired ready to cook products

I ordered a marinated chicken w/c the prize worth 231

I was didnt noticed that it was already expire in that day

The expiry date was may 02 2020
And i buy it on May 05
2020

I was dissappointed because that they will sell an expire product

Chowking Bad service

I called to order over the phone so they can prepare the food. The staff did not get my order saying they are too busy. When I got into the store, I mentioned my predicament then one of the staff told me they cannot prioritize orders, in a condescending voice. I said I feel discriminated as others can order online but I am not allowed to do it over the phone. Instead of an apology, I received bad treatment and I can see the eyes of the other staff members looking at me as if ridiculing someone.

I simply wanted them to get my order to put in queue so they can prepare it and there is no need to prioritize. No one even tried to apologize, not even a word from the manager.

Chowking Sweet and sour pork

This happened three times at different branches. When I ordered sweet and sour pork, I requested the cashier to replace the egg rice with plain rice. But what was first served to me by the server was still egg rice. It's frustrating. It seems they lack coordination. Good thing they replaced it but after I got it first. A customer feedback upon first serving is needed for that to happen.

Chowking Chopsuey

The serving of the order (chopsuey) is not worth the price and the manager is not approachable and customer oriented.

Chopsuey Platter - php315

The serving looks like for one serving and no meat ingredients or shrimp either.

Its not satisfying.

We tried to return the product but the store manager insisted that it is the standard serving they have.. Do they think that people will continue to patronage their product if the serving of their food is not worth the amount of money you will spend.

We want an immediate action for this.
We want to receive compensation for what we have paid.

This is ridiculous!

Chowking Unorganized queuing and ordering. Unsupervised staff

Ordered 2x halo halo, proceed to wait for about almost 1 hr. I kept asking to followup my order, they keep saying "sige sir, follow ko po", only to find that my order has already been prepared but did not served. They still gave me the liquified and molten halo halo. Honestly I just wanted to get my order and go home. I then threw the water halo halo in the trash bin beside their establishment.

10/10 will not go back.

Chowking Service crews were very rude and unhelpful.

We dined around 5:00PM - 5:45PM, Mar. 15, 2015. The two ladues at the cashier seemed to be very unhelpful and very rude as they are tushing us to order. Especially the one on the blue uniform, they couldn't get the orders right. When we complained about their service, they simply shrugged it off and even laughed at us. This is very degrading and Chowking will never have our business again. I don't want to be in a food chain where I don't feel like I belong.

PS: I think they gave me a dirty halo-halo spoon

Chowking Quality of Service

Hi, gusto ko lang pong i-complain itong nangyari sakin with my partner last March 14, 2020 8:55pm to be exact on one of their branches sa SM City Marilao. After namin bumili ng partner ko sa isang fast food ng foods namin habang naglalakad palabas na ng mall nagtanong sya sakin ng 'magkano ang halo-halo sa chowking?' hindi ako sure pero sinagot ko sya ng '59 ata?' and then inaya nya kong pumunta kami dun then pagpasok namin ng Chowking, medyo may kahabaan ang pila sa isang counter, e napansin namin na may open na counter dun naka pwesto yung isang counter katabi nya yung manager na lalaki na parang may tinuturo ata sa kanya sa POS (by the way pumasok kami ng Chowking 8:55pm since ang mall hours ay hanggang 9pm lang) at yun na dun kami pumunta para pumila kay ate girl na counter katabi yung manager nila and then pagtayo namin sa pwesto ng counter ng walang sinabi at hindi man lang tumingin (he's wearing a face mask at may ginagawa sa POS) samin sumenyas sya samin na tinuturo samin na dun pumila sa kabilang pila (sa hindi maayos na paraan ng pagtuturo) so nabigla kaming dalawa ng partner ko sa ginawa nya (on the first place pwede nya kaming tingnan para ituro in a nice way or kausapin na 'Sir sa kabilang lane na lang po sila pumila) pero hindi yun ang nangyari (nakakabastos yung ginawa nya!) kaya na-offend kaming dalawa ng partner ko sa ginawa nya and then saka nya kami tiningnan ng seryoso and then binalikan namin sya ng tingin, tapos nag-decide na yung partner ko na umalis na lang kami ng Chowking dahil sa pambabastos nung manager na yun. To describe him, matangkad sya at dark na sakto ang pangangatawan, di ko ma describe exactly since may suot syang face mask at pagtingin ko sa polo nya ay wala syang suot na name plate. ini-mail ko ito para sana hindi maulit ang ganitong insidente at maturuan ng tama kung paano magbigay ng service with quality sa mga customers. thank you.

Chowking Panis na gravy

Bakit pa po kayo nagseserve ng panis na gravy? Ganyan na po ba kayo katipid sa paninda nyo? Di na nga quality, kadiri pa kayo. Mismong gravy lang titipirin nyo kaming customer nyo? Eh kahapon pa pala yun naluto ng gravy yung binigay nyo eh. Mga salaula. Kadiri po kayo. Nagulat na lang ako kasi nagreklamo yung kapwa ko customer na panis daw yung gravy na binigay nyo. Lunch na lunch ha.

Chowking Recommend for Honesty, good supervision, and admirable relations with customers

Hi. Umorder yung father ko last March 6, 2020 and nakalimutan niya yung sukli niya (P 300). Bumalik siya a week later and binalik sa kanya yung sukli. Thank you sa crew especially kay Ma'am Cielo for her honesty.

Chowking 1 s roll rice

OR# [protected]. Napakatagal ng order serving kahit paghingi ng tubig or condiments walang pumapansin sa mga crew kahit manager. Pag kaserve ng shanghai sunog pa! Pinapalitan ko sa crew nyo ang sagot sakin "normal lang" as if na first time kumain ng shanghai or first time ko sa chowking para di ko malaman ang sunog sa tamang luto lang? Nanghingi ako ng tubig sabi iseserve na lang after 20mns wala pa din. Sa maynilad pa yata kukunin tubig nyo?! Paglapit ko ng counter sagot sakin "wait lang". After 20mns wait pa din? Ayusin nyo naman trabaho nyo hindi yung pagtake lang order iniintindi nyo tapos drdma na kayo kung matagal serving time nyo or maayos ba iseserve nyo. Ni walang sinabi na aabutin pala ng 15 to 20mns iseserve yung food na sunog pa. Walang greetings wala lahat! Walang kwenta store nyo!

Chowking Slow service

I am not alone in my dissatisfaction with this branch and would like to request some sort of investigation or re-training for the staff.

Regardless whether it is dine in or take out or delivery it takes over an hour for them to even prepare the food.

They do no respond to polite follow ups on the order. The customer has to get mad before they even act.

Please look into the matter. Thank you.

Chowking poor service lack of manners

I would like to file a complaint I've always eaten in fast food restaurants, but this is my first time i got so' angry about the poor service. we waited for almost an hour so we decided to follow our orders were not being made because of their lack of coordination with the kitchen staff and the dining staff. kindly heads up your crew specifically to your dining who are responsible for out pending orders.. another concerns the rude attitude of the cashier front your costumer matters whatever the situation will be still need to smile and show politeness to every costumer. the assistant manager mam sweet told crew attending concerns immediately for me it was nice to fix the problem but this manager are so irritating why because she tried to impressing herself in front of costumer and she so'many saying that have no sense and she had a smelly mouth that I've lost my appetite. Over all that particular branch has poor service and the crew were not friendly.

we order lauriat meal and chaofan with siomai topping around 8:44 but they served the food around 9:20 without advise of late serving we follow up the crew and cashier but they didnt assist me then i wait for a chance to get the attention of the manager but he didnt assist me in nice nd a right way other customer next to me already served there food while im the first one take the order

One of your employee at chowking Plaridel Crossing .. i dont know kung totoong name pa nya kung nakalagay sa name plate and her name is JAJA very nice cashier always smile at nung ako na yung omorder d talaga ko sya nakita na sumibangot kahit sobrang tagal ko namimili ng order ko sa iba kasi yun naka sibangot na yung parang galit pa .sya hindi tinuturo nya pa kung ano pwede kong kainin hanggang sa nakapili naku ng order nandun padin yung smile nya at sya pa nag assist skin maraming salamat chowking Plaridel my crew kayo ganyan nakakawala sya ng pagod .
