E-stores china offers genuine apple iphones on www.chinaecarts.com. they claim to obtain these directly from apple supplier foxcon. their product description is verbatim apple and they even claim to offer a 12-month warranty by apple. I ordered an iphone4s and received a cheap fake, apparently running the android operating system instead of ios. after my threat to start an international campaign against chinaecarts, they seem to have taken some compromising data off their website. the e-mail-correspondence is self-explanatory:

I see 2 solutions to this problem:
1. you refund my money immediately.
2. you send me a genuine iphone 4s by dhl immediately. (not by mail which will take another month, because I will be travelling for about 4 months, which is why I wanted a real iphone.)
I will return the fake iphone after receipt of the money or the real iphone, if you pay for the shipping,.
Should I not receive a satisfactory reply within 24 hours, I will have to conclude that it was not a mistake, but deliberate fraud. I will then start campaigns on international forums against chinaecarts.com and report chinaecarts as fraudulent dealer to various institutions worldwide.

I was just charged $19.95 for membership that I did not sign up for nor do I want it. I would like my money put back into my account immediately.

They have taken $305.11 before I ever knew it, they were taking $16.95 per month. I have never heard of them, I have never authorized any of these charges! I had ordered Acui Berry product hailed by DR. OZ & Ophrah! I decided I did not want the product, called & cancelled my money was refunded to me, everything good right? WRONG they sold my credit card information to so called Affiliates PRIMETIME SAVINGS. Cancelling my order the only thing I did order did not cancel their affiliates! I had to get all of my bank statements since 01/2009 to prove they have been deducting this out of my account, which was noticed of course when it overdrew my account! I just got my bank statement in the mail - Purchase TRS*PRIMETIMESAVE [protected] CA showed up as taking $16.95 out of my account. I called that number and after a lot of arguing, she gave me two confirmation numbers - one for the subscription that I never signed up for and another to refund me the $16.95. She claims that I was a member since October of 2008, and when I looked through my emails for a confirmation e-mail I didn't have one. I didn't sign up for this. I am just wondering how many months they have been taking money out without me realizing it. I'm going to keep track of my account to make sure the money gets refunded to me. All I can say is that this is a load of crap and I hope that this "company" gets shut down!

I too have been scammed by this company, I called them and wanted to go off on them but after reading everyone's else complaints I thought I would just be very corteous, I find out that this is a website for supposedly wholesale prices on merchandise, the site is: http://shopping.maximumplatinum.com. this company is a fraud! they stole over four hundred dollars from me! everytime i called to cancell the acct and ask why they kept debiting my acct they charged me another 98.95! i would suggest anyone who recieves this bullcrap to immediatly dispose of it! i have just had the same thing to me today. I looked at my checking account and i seem to have been charged 95.95 and i have not even applied for a credit card. When i called the 1800 number said they was closed. Correct me if im wrong but if this was a real cc card wouldn't they be open 24 hrs 7 days a week. Anyways now im left with a 95.95 charge on my account to something i have not applied to for a product i do not have. after Monday when i call again they better either refund the charge or they will be hearing from me again. This has happened to me through my credit card...$16.95 per month. I was in extended care hospital since November My husband was taking care of our monthly bills and did not let me know about this charge each month until March-2009 at which time I called this phone number, [protected]... a recorded message tells you to hit 4 to talk to someone about a disputed charge. They have it so you can not talk to anyone now to commplain. I was taken for $84.75 (5 months). I bought something on the internet & I seen a screen that asked if you wanted a gas gift card.

This needs to turned over to US Atty General's office as this is certainly a scam that has taken many people fo many dollars.
I received a letter from Prime Time Savings needing a new credit card number because mine was going to expire. Having no idea what this was for, I called the number on the letter and was told that I had signed up for this coupon service when ordering something else off the internet by clicking on an icon to receive a $10 gift card.
In doing so it gave them all my information and they began making deductions from my checking account every month of $16.95 since Sept 08. Of course I cancelled it, but they will only refund 2 months of payments for March 09 and April 09. This still leaves $101.70 due to me for the other months.
I thought this deduction labeled primetime on the bank statement was for something my husband ordered. He does online gaming that charges a monthly fee, so I didn’t think anything about it.
I sent off for the $2.99 Grant Cd that was deducted from my account. Seven days later $39.95 from Grant Membership, 14 days later $7.95 from Search Market Members, and 21 days later $9.95 was deducted from my account. These where all setup automatically to be deducted every month unless you called them to cancel membership for each. I did not ask for any of them. I had my bank call them to cancel all future deductions. The number my bank called was [protected] hours a day, 7 days a week. This is a scam to get your money for as long as you let them.
SOMEHOW they got me too! I have NEVER signed up for a "free" gift card. I have no clue how they have my information. I did call to get a refund for the fraudulent charge. Be sure to get a cancellation code and a refund code. I had to call twice to get a FULL refund. Iwhen I called the first time they refused to give me a full refund stating that they could only give me a refund going back 30 days. On the first phone call I asked for the cust. serv. supervisors name. They gave me the name of David Murphy @[protected]. When I called my credit card co all they wanted to do was change my account number, which is my next step. However, I wanted to be sure that this company had some sort of a complaint filed with my credit card company. I called this prime time back again to speak w/ the supervisor and was not forwarded to him. However, i was told that I would be receiving a full refund under the refund code they provided to me on the previous call. WHAT A SCAM!
Asked for free cd pay shipping paid $2.95 then they took $39.95 from me.Did not sign up for that.
