My server name was Dwight in the “dungeon” at the Westheimer, Houston location. When we were first greeted Dwight greeted my 10 month child with “hey baby[censored]” in a playful but inappropriate manner. We had to ask twice for our water and never received our napkins we requested. I ordered the 3 for $10.99 and only received my entree (not the drink or the appetizer that came with my meal), by that time we were already frustrated by Dwight’s loud personality that we were ready to go shortly after receiving our entrees. Although we stayed, Dwight never came and checked on us after receiving our food. We had to hunt down a manager and ask her to get out tab so that we could leave. We checked out with the manager and shortly realized after looking on our receipt for Dwights name, I realized I didn’t receive my full meal I paid for. I have been calling the chili’s location back to back to get in contact with a manager to notify them of how my visit went. I have been calling for 2 hours now and this is a last resort.
I love chili’s but this experience was the worst.. I will not be going back to this location.
Desired outcome: Refund.
