online shopping/customer service
On September 22, 2018, I placed an order for 24 pumpkin cookies to be delivered to my daughter at Wittenberg University in Springfield, OH. They are her favorite. I waited 2 weeks and they never arrived. I called about the order #: W00875238204238 in which I received a confirmation via email. I was on the line for 40 minutes and did not receive any solution. I was told she would call me back. I received no call. I made a second call and the customer service representative was very rude and told me I would receive a call within 24-48 hours. I waited 72 hours and received no call. I called a third time and talked with another individual. After 15-20 minutes on the line, she said the order did not go to processing; therefore, it was not filled. I received an "I'm sorry". I asked her what she could do for me and she said she would email me a $20 voucher. I received nothing. My email is matt.[protected]@att.net. I will not order from Cheryl's cookies again regardless of how well my daughter likes them. It is not worth the hassle.
bogus realtors/con men disguised as female
Called one day and I was repeat mocked by a bogus receptionist who answered in a bias and unprofessional manner. No real or normal human does what these evildoers are doing. Con man CHERYL is a bully and mentioned about an attititude. To me you can't hear or see an attitude in anyone email. Anyone who mentions anything about an attitude in my book is dishonest and delusional. A sense of entitlement and this conman preys on younger professionan humans. Cheryl & Company are monsters and nothing to back up their crazy making targeting credentials. Looks can be deceiving and defrauding the world by their malicious intent. Intent on scheming the public by stealing the publics identity. Utilizing confidence tricks with images of the opposite of what really are on the inside. I believe all of them are deceiving and manipulating . Typing and talk is cheap. I believe these conman do have biases against real humans. Cheryl & company aren't real human or professional in a business sense. Never met Cheryl and his email let's me know about all his biases already. Unprofessional con men will never tell anyone what they did to cause delusional problems where there was none. They are haters who prey on humanitity and predators. More or less a Fraudulent real estate scheme to defraud the public.Cheryl& company are one of many real estate schemers. A scam within a scam. Lastly, unprofessional delusional email without any real introduction.
double order
On 12/11/2009, I ordered on the internet for four different individuals. Every step had "free shipping" posted but when I looked at the page prior to submitting the order, it showed an individual charge for each order for a total of 57.80. Thinking it might re-figure the amount when I pressed the "order" button, but instead I got a page that led with "OOPS!" The page said the data did not go through... to use the browser back button. When the same thing happened the second time, I called Customer Service. The lady helped the order go through as advertised with no charge for shipping. She assured me only one charge went through. Four days later, while checking my credit card statements, I see two charges. I called again 12/15/2009. After an extended conversation, the call ended with me paying for two identical shipments but with two price tags, one included shipping ($247.76) and one without a shipping charge ($199.96). The best they could offer was for me to contact each person, have them be at home when the shipment arrived and refuse to accept the second one. Then, they would refund my money with no mention of the shipping charge issue on one of the two identical orders when it was clearly marked "free" on their web page. I am very disappointed in their customer service offer.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I've had absolutely horrendous service from Cheryl & Co. and can completely identify with these complaints. The fact that they are 4 years older than my new complaint shows how sorry this company runs their business. I first fell in love with these cookies after eating some that a corporation delivered to my job almost seven years ago. Ever since then, once in a while, say once a year, I'd treat myself and order a dozen of cookies to be mailed to me. My mom noticed this and started ordering them for me for special occasions, experiencing a minor incident at least 75% of the time. Recently, they completely ruined her Christmas order and I never even got the cookies. My mother called and placed an order with overnight delivery (she is elderly and they did not explain to her that the expedited shipping would cost a lot more). I didn't even GET the order. She called them to see what was going on with the shipping and an agent claimed that her order never went in the system correctly. They sent a box of apology cookies, an assortment of nobody's choosing but theirs, and my order was supposed to come to my job on Tuesday. After two more kurfuffles they guaranteed delivery by Friday at 3:00 PM. On Friday at 3:00 PM the cookies were not there, so my mom called them again, for the fourth day in a row. She was placed on hold for over twenty minutes and had to call back to speak with yet another agent who claimed UPS had been trying to get in touch with my mother (she was home all day so that is not true) and that they were on "P" street (I work on K street which shouldn't be too hard to figure out since they'd just sent the free cookies there one day ago). Long story short, my mom was extremely frustrated and I told her (I wasn't even supposed to know, it was supposed to be a surprise) to ask for a refund. We will never use them again. On top of the delivery issues, some of my last orders were not as fresh as they could have been. They are on a downward spiral.
I had the exact same issue. Then they charged me for shipping something that was never shipped. They gave an invalid tracking number and refused to speak any further to me. Bad Customer service!
