Never buy from this company ! I have purchased a Hermes bag. I never received it! I had have to trace it myself with FedEx. But Rebag filed a lost claim to FedEx. They received the money from FedEx for the lost bag. Three months later, Rebag still won’t refund the money to me! They kept my money and FedEx’s money!

First, They told me to contact FedEx myself as a recipient! I confronted them with FedEx’s paid claim number. Then they told me that Affirm put a charge back on my account. I contacted Affirm and got a confirmation from Affirm that there’re never a charge back on the account. I have forwarded the information to Rebag. They won’t take it. And They won’t contact Affirm. They said Affirm have to contact them directly saying there’s no charge back. I suggested to do a three way call. They refused the idea. They kept telling me that their system showing there’s a charge back. But they won’t contact Affirm to get the truth about it. They just kept my money ( plus FedEx’s) and have been kicking the ball around.

This company is really disgusting. Really dishonest. Never buy from them!

Purchased a Chanel bag for my lil cousins birthday 2/17/23 .I seen she had been eyeballing the bag on the site for a while, so I decided to purchase it for her. Right before I could gift it to her she had already purchased a very similar bag from Fashionphile. She had no idea I was buying this purse for her way in advance for her 18th Birthday. I decided I would just return the bag since she bought something else that's almost identical to the one I purchased. I sent the purse back to rebag in the same condition and packaging that I bought it in. Do you know they had the NERVE to tell me this bag was in very poor condition and they wouldn't buy it back! If they were to buy it back they were already ripping me off offering me less than half of the amount of money I PAID FOR IT! This purse was a gift it never left the packaging and box they sent it in. When I purchased the bag it was listed on there site as "very good condition". So your telling me REBAG YOU SOLD me a purse that YOU SAID was in "VERY GOOD CONDITION" Just to turn around and say its NOT! REBAG YOU GUYS are located in BROOKLYN, NEWYORK . YOU ARE SCAMMMERRSSS JUST LIKE THE RAPPER CARDI B SAID! You can keep your Bp REPLY THERE IS NOTHING YOU CAN SAY! Your competitor fashionphile ended up purchasing the bag you sold to me for more money than you were offering to buy it for (which you denied) . Thank GOD . If you want to do business with HONEST PEOPLE purchase from FASHIONPHILE...

I recently made a purchase from Rebag and unfortunately, UPS misplaced my bag during the delivery process. I promptly filed a claim, but to my dismay, Rebag had to handle the tedious task of filling out the claim paperwork and sending it back. It has been a whopping 2 and a half months, and the issue remains unresolved. I have reached out to Rebag multiple times, expressing my concerns, but all they assure me is that someone will return my call within 24 hours. However, to this day, I have not received any call back. It's frustrating that they refuse to let me speak to a supervisor, leaving me with no choice but to record my phone conversations as evidence of my numerous attempts to contact them. I strongly advise against making any purchases from this site.

So, I was on the hunt for this specific Prada bag in a particular color, you know? I checked out Prada's official website, but it turns out they discontinued it. Bummer, right? Anyway, my usual go-to place for designer goodies is Fashionphile, but they've been letting me down lately. I've been waiting for months, and they still haven't got this color in stock. Ugh!

But guess what? Rebag came to the rescue! They actually had the bag I wanted, and it was in pretty good condition, just like they said. Gotta give them credit for that. However, I gotta be honest here, their prices are a bit steep, if you ask me. I mean, come on, I'm not made of money!

On the bright side, Rebag does offer a cool deal where you can trade in your bag for something else within a whole year. That's pretty neat, right? But here's the thing, their selection is seriously lacking. I've been browsing their website, trying to find something to swap my bag for, but no luck so far. It's a bit disappointing, to be honest.

All in all, I don't think I'll be buying from Rebag again. Their prices are just too high for my liking, and their selection is just not cutting it. I'll have to keep searching for my dream Prada bag elsewhere.

This place might be sellin' stolen stuff, ya know? I found a bag that's an exact copy of the one that got stolen from me by my ex, who's a real narcissist. But they ain't givin' me any info on whether it's him or not sellin' it. I got my lawyer to email 'em, even had a detective from the police call 'em up. I got a police report and all, but the cops won't investigate 'cause it's a civil case. They're protectin' this liar and felon and ain't helpin' me, the victim. Can't talk to nobody 'cept their support team in India, and all they do is keep sayin' they're protectin' the sellers' identity. Well, if the sellers ain't guilty, then why's everyone askin' 'bout 'em? The police and my lawyer wouldn't be involved if there wasn't somethin' fishy goin' on.

I even found the owner on Linkedin and sent him an email, but nothin'. It's like the corporate don't even exist, just this support team in India. I've reached out to loads of non-profits and stores all over NYC for info, and none of 'em gave me as much trouble as this place. I even managed to find places where my ex was tryin' to sell the stuff he stole from me. I bet Rebag's got plenty to hide if they're bein' so difficult. My bag probably ain't the first stolen one they've sold or are sellin'!
