Excellent Followup Communication by Rating Site
Unfortunately, my husband did not like the picture that I had chosen, so I emailed the company to return it free of charge as long as the size was within a certain parameter. I emailed them twice and did not receive a response, so I decided to rate the company as they sent me a 'how would you rate us', so I did with a 2 out of 5 star rating. I heard from them right away with a refund. I shared with this department that they should have automatically responded that they were overwhelmed with the pandemic and would get back to me ASAP. That would have helped. The 5 stars is in response from the rating site.
Panic time averted!
I needed a print for Christmas but had noticed it could not get here until after Jan. 1; I did contact ICanvas and got a prompt reply so quickly. Yay! So happens I had already ordered the print, anyway, but had forgotten it was here... found it last night! I have purchased a few items from ICanvas in the past few months and have been very well-pleased with their speed of shipping, the variety of products offered, and the prices, too! Andy, the ICanvas rep was helpful and so pleasant and he didn't even laugh at me for being so forgetful, either... LOL So, all in all, this lady is one happy camper right now.

This is the 3rd time ordering from iCanvas. Ordered 2 and when delivered my UPS man told me to look at one of the pictures because the box was open. The picture had scratch down the left side. I refused the canvas and gave it back to UPS man. Came in the house and emailed iCanvas. This was on April 6th. By April 9th I had my new canvas print. No hassles. icanvas.com is not worth the money. The print was not put in the frame right and it was too big so it looked weird. The paper is thin and the frame is cheap. The plastic had a crack that was an inch long. The box it came in was good though. I tried to talk to the company but they didn't answer me.

icanvas.com is not a good place to buy art from. They haven't replied to my many messages asking to return a messed up version of "Starry Night". The copy they sent me looked like it was made by a beginner artist and the colors were all wrong. All I get in response are automatic emails that don't help at all, and when I call during business hours, the recording says they're not around.

I tried calling but all I got was a recording. There's no customer service at all, no phone or email, which is not cool. I had to file a chargeback with my Credit Card company. It's really disappointing, to be honest.

Lots of other people seem to be having the same problem. I'm so frustrated that I had to start a dispute with my bank to try and get my money back. Honestly, it feels like this whole thing might be a scam. It's such a shame! If you're thinking about ordering from them, be super careful. I definitely wouldn't recommend it.

I spent $3,000.00 on art from iCanvas.com and it was all useless. They don't have a customer service department to handle complaints and no one is ever available to talk about their bad work. If you buy from them, you'll definitely want to return it. Don't waste your time or money!

I've been using icanvas for two years now and I've made many purchases. Almost all of them were great, with amazing canvas art and frames. However, there was one order that didn't meet my expectations. I sent an email the same day I received it and got a response within two hours. They offered to send me a new set, but I asked for a refund instead. They refunded the full amount without asking me to ship it back. Today, I received more art and I love it. In my opinion, you can trust them. Just remember that one bad experience shouldn't ruin your opinion of the whole company!
Bad customer service!
Bad customer service! Took them 5 days to reply to my delivery issue. No phone number to call, which should have been a warning sign when I bought from them. They never fixed my problem. They always say they have too many emails to answer, which is not my fault. Why should I accept that? They have too many emails because they have many unhappy customers! I won't buy from them again. Be careful!

I've bought from this company a few times and every time something's wrong with the art. This time, there were streaks running down the print and the company says that's the intent of the artist or how they received the initial artwork. Either way, it looks horrible. I've been able to fix a couple of my purchases which had other issues, but this recent purchase was not fixable. Matt, the customer service rep, said basically the streaks are intentional. I did not see streaks on the artwork on the website because I would have never bought the art. Three times, you're out. Save yourselves, go to other websites, anywhere where you can see exactly what you're buying. This latest conquest cost me $100 I'll never see back.

I gotta say, I'm not a fan of iCanvas.com. They keep sending me emails, like, all the time for the past four months. And when I try to reply to them (from coco-stores), they just send me an auto response with an email to contact *** Canvas directly. I've tried that three times already and it's like they don't even care because the annoying emails just keep coming. And get this, they even sent me a link to a cart that doesn't even exist anymore so I can buy something I already removed from my cart back in November! Like, what the heck? I'm warning you guys, any company that doesn't listen when you try to unsubscribe and sends you bogus links is not a company you can trust. I'm just gonna keep blocking them and be glad I never actually ordered anything from them.

I ordered two lil prints from this site and was bummed out by what I got. I don't like frames, so I was hoping for a clean print. But nope, there was a big white border around the print, like they were in a rush to make them. It's like they were all rolled up together and the print just kept going. (12x18) When I told them about it, they acted like they didn't know what I was talking about, but they did give me my money back. Then I got another print and it had the same problem. (order #***) I checked out the small size on a bunch of prints and none of them showed the white border. They don't have the wrapped edges like other prints I've gotten from other sites. I won't be ordering from them again.

I bought 3 Canvas prints on August 5th. Only got 1 on August 10th. My account says all 3 shipped with 1 tracking #. The box was too small for all 3. Website says they ship separate. No customer support. Got an email saying they're too busy and will reply in 4 days. This is bad service for an online company. Phone is a recording, can't leave a message or talk to anyone. Lots of people have this problem. They need more staff and a live chat. Order details should show each tracking #. I did a chargeback with my credit card because they should have support.

icanvas.com was the best experience I had in years! I made a mistake when I ordered, but they went above and beyond to help me out. I saw a canvas my wife liked at a store, so I searched for it on Google and found icanvas. I measured the space where it would go and ordered it. They delivered it fast. When we hung it up, my wife noticed it didn't fit right. She wanted to return it, but wanted it to be perfect. I emailed icanvas and they replied fast: "Print this label and take it to UPS." It didn't cost me anything to return it. A few days later, they told me they got it and would send me a new one right away. They even gave me a refund for the difference in price between the two sizes! It was my mistake, but they paid for the return and gave me a refund. Great customer service! I recently ordered a picture from iCanvas.com and I have to say, the picture itself is pretty nice. However, the quality of the frame is just moderate to poor. It's not a real mat, which is a bit disappointing. I mean, I could have easily bought a better frame/mat at a chain craft store.
Despite this, I might still use the site to order a print in the future. But, I will definitely have it professionally framed. I don't think I'll ever buy another framed item from iCanvas.com again.
On the bright side, the shipping was pretty fast. So, if you're in a rush to get your order, you can count on them for that. Overall, I think iCanvas.com is an okay site to order from, but just be aware that the quality of the frame might not be up to par.

Disappointing Quality and Service from iCanvas
I've bought from iCanvas twice now, but I gotta say, I'm not too happy with my purchases. The first time I ordered, both canvases had some spots missing, which I had to fix up with a black marker. I recently bought an 8x10 canvas from iCanvas, featuring the iconic American Gothic painting with cats.
