I ordered two chairs from One Kings Lane in July 2020 at a cost of about $3500. When the two chairs arrived in September 2020, each of them had a broken leg. I immediately reached out to the company and asked for them to pick up the broken chairs and just send me two new ones. It is now late October 2020. No one has ever called me about picking up the chairs, and their online rep is saying I will not get new chairs until December 2020. The service has been terrible. You also have to wonder why two chairs that cost $3500 would have such poor workmanship that both of them would arrive with such significant damage. It has been a stressful and extremely disappointing process. I would never order from them again. I just emailed them for approximately the 10th time to ask for a remedy, but I am to a point that I feel like I have been scammed.

They make it next to impossible to return an item back to them.
They customer service is horrible. They purposely do not readily list a return address anywhere on their site. I love their stuff and have been shopping there for many years. I rarely return anything but when I do I get so frustrated. You'd think I would have learned my lesson by now! Beware - purchase carefully.

We ordered an outdoor area rug and when we opened the package we saw it was damaged. I have sent emails to customer care without any response. I have tried their toll free number several times and the calls went directly to a hold pattern where I sat waiting for an agent up to 30 minutes. I am extremely frustrated and terribly disappointed in One Kings Lane. I want to return the damaged rug and have them send me a new undamaged one. It shouldn't be this difficult or time consuming. The idea of on line shopping is for convenience and saving valuable time. Not the case here. Order #OKK7843827

I bought two identical pillows from One Kings Lane and received different ones!
Contacted One Kings Lane and they said that was their mistake and promised to send a replacement. I waited for over a week and there was no news and no information from One Kings Lane. I contacted them myself and they asked me to be more patient. All I wanted is to get a return address and ask about the replacement delivery date, but it seemed like they were not interested in helping me.
Horrible company!

I have made an order about four months ago and just received my stuff. All these months I have been trying to get my money back but they kept telling that it was not possible.
No one from One Kings Lane was able to tell me the exact delivery date and all the time they said that I need to wait a bit longer and that I need to be more patient.
When my order finally showed up it was not the same as I ordered! I immediately contacted these guys and demanded my money back but they said that they don't do refunds and then they just stopped replying to my messages! Ridiculous company! Don't do business with One Kings Lane!

I ordered some items from One Kings Lane and items I received were completely broken. When I made an order I checked the description and it sated that items were "antique" or "vintage". But when I received my order nothing looked "antique" or "vintage"! All the pictures posted on their website are just photoshopped. I contacted their customer support and sent everything back to them. But when I had them returned they charged me $200 for the original shipping plus another $200 for the return shipping! Later I noticed that they took another $35 for who knows what. Huge scam! Avoid this horrible website at all costs!

I ordered mirror from www.onekingslane.com. But my experience was horrible. The seller provided different colour and size of the mirror. I sent them multiple emails and told to change it, but no one contacted me back. After several weeks, I tried to reach them again, and at this time I received the rude and horrible reply. They told to calm down and they would do nothing about my problem. Please, post your comments and share your views about this company.
