Checkers & Rally's

Waited in drive thru for 10 min to no one answering the left rally speaker .we got to the window and the crew member was laughing while we were telling her we waited to long . We asked to speak w/ the GM she started with an attitude saying that it was broken. They had no sign or anything to block the drive thru. Couldn't order at the window. It was a customer behind us they answer them at the speaker. But they said earlier it was broken.
