Checkers & Rally's review: order not correct and rude customer service

Hello,

Today I ordered a baconzilla combo meal and a side order of fully loaded fries. When I made it home and took a bite of my sandwich there was only one Pattie and not much bacon. I returned to the restaurant with my order in which I only had taken two bites of the cashier would not correct the order. She said that I should have checked it before leaving the restaurant and was very stern and rude. I am not pleased with this service and I advised her that I would file a complaint and she replied go ahead. I have been eating checkers and rallies since a youth and don't want to discontinue my services but I would like to see this issue resolved.
