Checkers & Rally's review: food

Horrible Experience. It was like being served leftover garbage in a bag and paying for it. Number one the food it was supposed to be warm was ice cold, ice cold. There are specials being advertised on TV and it is not displayed anywhere on the menu. The person working the drive-through window never said one word to me. Every time I have visited this location it has been a disappointment. I was going to go to the restaurant steak and shake however I missed my turn and thought I would give checkers one more try. It was a bad decision on my part and I hope that no one else goes to this restaurant and it is shut down very soon.
