Cheapfaremart omg, like seriously, my experience with Cheapfaremart was the worst ever

omg, like seriously, my experience with Cheapfaremart was the worst ever. They charged me a whopping $200 just to refund my ticket when I cancelled it. And get this, the airlines said they don't even charge anything to refund a ticket. What a rip-off!

I agreed to a ticket price online when I made my reservation. They sent me an email with the same price, but they charged me more than what I agreed to. They charged me $53 more. This company is not trustworthy. I wouldn't recommend them.

Cheapfaremart I had a really bad experience with Cheapfaremart, LLC

I had a really bad experience with Cheapfaremart, LLC. Their customer service was super rude and unhelpful. I needed some assistance with my purchase, but they didn't seem to care at all. I bought my ticket on March 3rd, but when I contacted them about a problem on March 10th, they were no help at all. It was really frustrating and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Cheapfaremart I booked a trip with Cheapfaremart, LLC for $755.00, but when I got my statement, it was $783.77, which was $34.00 more than what I was quoted

I booked a trip with Cheapfaremart, LLC for $755.00, but when I got my statement, it was $783.77, which was $34.00 more than what I was quoted. It took me 4 weeks of emails and calls to get my refund, which was a hassle. But now, I see a charge of $818.77 on my card, and when I called to ask about it, I spoke to the same person as before, and they didn't give me any explanation except that they had already refunded me $35.00. I'm a little worried now because I've never had this problem with any other travel agent before. In the end, my airfare ended up costing me more than if I had just gone directly to the airline.

Cheapfaremart I called CHEAPFAREMART.COM yesterday, on 10/10, to cancel my flight with Qatar and get a refund since they offer flexibility until 31 May

I called CHEAPFAREMART.COM yesterday, on 10/10, to cancel my flight with Qatar and get a refund since they offer flexibility until 31 May 2022. My departure date is 12/7, and Qatar changed my flights. They said that the refund penalties are waived, and the refund amount will be credited to the original form of payment. However, the Cheapfaremart agent asked me to pay an additional $300.00 via credit card to process the cancellation and was unsure if Qatar would refund me. I just want my flights canceled and a refund of $1064.35 to the original form of payment.

Cheapfaremart I had a bad experience with Cheapfaremart, LLC

I had a bad experience with Cheapfaremart, LLC. My flight kept changing and they called me early in the month to ask for more money, even though it wasn't my fault. I received more than four emails, each one different from the last, about my flight connection and departure time. I tried to contact them via email and phone, but they asked me to pay a fee. After talking to them earlier this month, they waived the fee and scheduled a flight. However, when I recently contacted them to confirm the flight, they said the same thing as before: "We are sorry to inform you that your flight has been rescheduled by the airlines. We regret any inconvenience caused in this regard." They didn't give me any directions on how to find an alternative flight.

Cheapfaremart I want my money back!

I want my money back! I booked two tickets to Pakistan with Cheapfaremart, but had to cancel due to some issues. I've been trying to cancel since October 1st, but they keep giving me the runaround. They won't refund me, even though the flight isn't until late December. I've been trying to get this resolved for weeks, but no luck. I finally had to do a chargeback through my credit card company, and Cheapfaremart promised me a refund if I reversed the chargeback. I agreed and sent proof, but they still haven't refunded me. Every time I call, they say the "guy working" on my case isn't available or they need more time. They promised me a refund, but still haven't given it to me. I attached the email and chargeback reversal for proof. I just want my money back!

Cheapfaremart I had a bad experience with Cheapfaremart, LLC

I had a bad experience with Cheapfaremart, LLC. I wanted to change my flight due to COVID-19 restrictions, but they refused to give me a refund and tried to charge me a rescheduling fee. I contacted customer service twice, but they were not helpful. They told me to call the airlines and said that I would have to pay extra to reschedule. When I called the airlines, they said that I had to wait for the cancellation from the agency. I made a 3-way call with United and Cheapfaremart, and United agreed to waive the flight change fee. However, the customer service representative from Cheapfaremart was not helpful. He tried to force me to take United only and lied about not being able to book ANA flights. He also charged me more than what was listed online. When I asked to talk to a manager, he said that one was not available. Overall, I was not happy with the service and felt like they were trying to make me pay more to cover their own costs.

Cheapfaremart I bought two plane tickets (#***) from Cheapfaremart.com on 5/17 for a trip later in the year

I bought two plane tickets (#***) from Cheapfaremart.com on 5/17 for a trip later in the year. I had to cancel my plane tickets in June after our plans changed. The total amount of the tickets was $1,696.96, charged to my*** credit card. I had to pay a cancellation fee of $200 per ticket (total of $400), however Cheapfaremart.com stated they would refund me a total of $956.96, which was the amount of the taxes and fees for the tickets. They asked me to send them an email agreeing to the refund amount and cancellation fee amount, which I did. The refund was supposedly processed on 6/30. The $400 cancellation fees were charged to my credit card immediately, however the refund never came through. After waiting a long time for the refunded money to get back to me, I contacted the company again on 8/19 stating I still hadn't received the refund. The answer I received to that email, on 8/20, would be the answer I would receive for the next 8 months, that the refund has already been processed, and to check with my bank. I then contacted *** to check on the transaction and my bank confirmed in writing that they have no evidence of any such transaction being sent to them. After sharing this with Cheapfaremart.com customer service rep Canton S I received the same answer: "The refund has been processed, check with your bank". Canton sent a screenshot of the transaction record, but I still had not received the refund. I then contacted my bank and let them know what was going on, they advised me that they would file a dispute on my behalf to research the issue. During the dispute, my bank contacted Cheapfaremart.com directly, and spoke with Abel Y, a supervisor, telling him that they received no such transaction. My bank was then sent the same transaction screenshot and was told that they already processed the refund, and to check with their bank. Between August and January I contacted Cheapfaremart.com several times. Sometimes I received no response at all, and sometimes I received the same answer repeatedly from Canton S: "the refund has been processed, check with your bank." It is now 1/20. I've threatened to get my attorney involved, and at the advice of my legal counsel, called them one last time on 1/16. I spoke to Canton, who forwarded me to Abel, who gave me the same answer I was getting via email. When I mentioned that the next step was to have my attorney contact them Abel's tune changed and he became very apologetic, and he promised to get to the bottom of this to find my missing money. He asked me to be patient and give him the weekend to get an answer to resolve the issue. Today, Monday 1/20, I received another email from Abel with an answer, which was... you guessed it... "the airline is saying your refund has already been processed, check with your bank." This was the last step in my attempt to allow them the opportunity to resolve this issue internally. I am now submitting this complaint and will have my attorney contact them shortly. My credit card company has gone above and beyond to try and help me resolve this issue, but they can only do so much when the transaction doesn't exist in their system and there's no evidence on their end that the claims made by Cheapfaremart.com are accurate. Since this is a refund and not a charge, they are limited in their dispute capabilities. I understand if they already processed the transaction that they feel that they did what they were supposed to do, however my bank confirmed several times that they have no record or evidence of any such transaction hitting them, and Cheapfaremart.com has shown zero concern that their customer hasn't received their refund and have put forth very little effort to find out where the refunded money has gone.
