I am a model on Chaturbate, about 25 of july my account was banned without any email. I contacted them 2 times and there is no answer why it was banned. Myself I do not think I done anything unexceptable for that to happen. One of my customers contacted me on other site where I am working as model as well and told me that he is banned from Chaturbate as well and he thinks because he posted me amazon link with black dildo which he wanted that I would buy. My question to chaturbate would be so why my account been banned? I did not ask him to send me a link we just was chatting that I want to get black dildo. Please help me to resolve this matter as Chaturbate customer service is not responding me at all. My name on chaturbate is Kallisi. Also there is my money frozen on their site.

My accounts have been banned by Chaturbate and Support has failed to respond to my email request. I've been sending support requests for 4 days. I'm a good customer and never done anything unethical or in violation of the site rules. I have friends through this account and I'm disappointed I can't visit them. I would appreciate any assistance possible.

There is suspicious activity on my account, yesterday someone tried to enter my account using the password guessing method. Yesterday I was on the forum, where I promoted my photo and selfie, as well as the name on my account.

After the password was guessed many times by someone, my account was blocked during the stream!

Help please.

Model diva_sexycute stole 200 tokens. Made deal for 200 tokens on [protected] at 10:12 pm cst gave pw took tokens then asked for another 200 tokens. Advised her to keep deal and then she disconnected and banned me from room. This is second time in a week this happened. This should be aggressively prohibited from them doing this fraud.

2nd request for stolen tokens by shantalfoxxy- she stole 324 tokens. Refund them asap. I will not stop until refunded or I will file a complaint with state AG. Review my first complaint for date and time. If this keeps happening with models from the Philippines you should ban them from chaturbate- this is the 3rd time with them - no problem with other models - they deliver what they promise.

July 17,2022 Illegalmilk room After sending 49 tokens, and email. I got nothing. No emails.

I informed the room, was told everything checked out on their end, asked if I checked spam, I did,but nothing. Told me nothing shows up, to check back Monday, when I did, again I was told everything' good on.there end.

So I told the room that I will report this. Then I was banned from the room.

This is concerning the Can Model lotus_23. She talks to the customers as if they are nothing and expects them to not comment back. I have seen her tell people to "[censored] Off" and other unprofessional things. This should not be allowed

i asked the model dariia_doll about on 14-07-2022 somenthing from her tip menu and when i tiped the correct amound of tokens she banned me from the room for no reason

I was chatting with model Alissonone, her tip list had "milk" for 230 tokens. I asked if she had milk, because I had some doubt, she said she did. After tipping 230 tokens, she changed the token amount to 530 tokens. She insisted it was a 10 minute password show, so I tipped 300 tokens more. She gave me a password, and started the password show. She insisted 105 tokens for "full nude". I gave her the 105 tokens, she then kicked and banned me. I did not receive any show from her. I was scammed out of 635 tokens.

I had recently started camming on Chaturbate after a long break. I have been a member in good standing for over 10 years and have enjoyed the interactions on the site.

On the 3rd of July I attempted to log in only to receive a message stating that my account had been banned and to contact support if I wanted further information, which I did.

In their reply, they stated that they had "received a report about someone offering prohibited content. This individual was immediately banned from the Chaturbate platform. In reviewing the individual’s account and offer, everyone they attempted to engage with their offer of prohibited content was placed in a protective suspension pending review. In reviewing your interactions, we found that you expressed interest in their prohibited offer."

I contacted support again to explain that I was trying to get the user to interact further on Chaturbate as they had asked me to Skype twice (which I refused in the chat both times!). I thought it would assist Chaturbate in a legal prosecution if I kept the user talking on the site.

Chaturbate's reponse was to cherry pick a couple of lines of chat and say that breached their terms of service, and the ban on my account is permanent.

As I had only just recently submitted my government ID for age verification, I am hardly likely to go breaking the law and risking prosecution. I also have 10 years worth of media that I have paid for in that account, and I have been denied access to it.

I understand Chaturbate's need to uphold the law, but I had a good reason to interact with this user in order to have them taken off the site, and was not seeking to take part in the offer as I refused to go offsite twice!

In my opinion the decision was entirely arbitrary on Chaturbate's behalf and in spite of repeatedly requesting a review and re-evaluation of my case, Support no longer replies to my emails.

Chaturbate have one huge and appalling problem: they like to ban your account after you make a purchase. Their customer service is dreadfull, it's kind of non-existing. Anyway, I left to J4Sex

when Chaturbate banned me for the third time. I really love this new place, it was a true discovery for me, a rare gem! I'm head over heels for their girls, they are hot as fire and they like instant action, they are no time-wasters. I've never had any problems with my account there. I've been using it for 8 months so far and I'll never go back to Chaturbate.

CHATURBATE ADMIN ARE LIARS

I have been a member of Chaturbate for at least 9 years both as a performer and a customer, I was recently banned permanently for "breaching terms and conditions" or some such bulldust! I was in the room of a young couple talking to them discussing when my partner & I used to be performers and how someone had illegally recorded one of our Chaturbate shows ** this is the true irony to me** it's done on their site! and by the time I found it online, there had been over 18 million views! I also uploaded a screenshot of the video from Xhamster that showed the number of views the video had received, it wasn't pornographic in any way it was just a simple photo frame grabbed from the video of my partner on my lap, and I sitting in a chair we are both facing camera, so just after I had sent this photo to the couple I was suddenly kicked out of the room with a message on the screen saying I was banned for breaching Chaturbate rules, I sent a few messages to Chatutrbate asking what was going on with no answer for a week or two, then an answer with nothing of interest in it, no reason for the ban (details, etc)_ once again I replied back and eventually got an answer back saying I had been banned for posting a photo of an underage minor in that couples room (the one of my partner and me) I wrote back saying that they were wrong and the photo is of my partner and me (she does look very young even though she is 21 at the time of the photo) I told them to look at my profile page as it still has multiple photos of the two of us from our performer days plus our age verification etc, I eventually got an answer back telling me that the girl in the photo is not my partner who performed with me but some other girl and my lifetime ban remains in place (the stupid lying conniving [censored]) They also informed me they were blocking me from contacting them again, even though I offered to send them the actual video the picture was grabbed from that would prove without a shadow of a doubt it is my partner in the photo, To my way of thinking the management of Chaturbate is so morally corrupt (amongst other things) that they can not even admit they are wrong in the decisions they make, I hate idiots like this with a passion and would dearly like to get past these [censored]s to higher management to make them aware of whats going on in the trenches, I r5easliser my letter here is rather terse and contains some expletives but I have been attempting to resolve this since last year with no mkeanngful dialouge with Chaturbates staff.

Also, most of my photos were or are on my profile with Chaturbate (how convenient) the last piece of logic I have and I've said it to them if she is underage how did it stay up online long enough to garner 18 million views plus? of course no answer

10inchesselfsuckermistress is scamming and ripping people off with very very short shows for a lot of tokens and this has happened multiple times and they have never rectified this, they have even blocked my access when I complained about this issue. The last time it happened was about 22 June 2022 and it has happened about three times before that and they keep making excuses and never telling me the truth as they just want the tokens and not do the show really and if they do the show it's unbelievably very quick for the amount of tokens spent

Chaturbate has decided that they will now only accept a Philippines ID card for age verification. The problem with this is that it takes almost a year to get one. The government website even states it will take more then 6 months. For those who did get one they report 10 months or more.

This is not acceptable, as anyone wanting to work as a Cam Model is not going to wait a year, so Chaturbate is forcing anyone without this ID to work at other sites.

It could be their way of reducing the number of asians working, or maybe they don't care if someone would have to wait a year.

I have submitted my passport many times, always rejected.

hello my name is Alex aka bobby_knuckles92 on chaturbate, during my broadcast I got disconnected and it saying that my account is banned. I didnt try any scam or other stupid things like that, the only thing that I did was calling a customer some names because that was his fantezy (master slave thing) and I got tokens for that, what I can do to get my account back?
