My husband bought me a smartwatch from the wythenshawe branch for christmas i opened it up on christmas morning set up the watch and charged it when iremoved the charging magnet it removed the back of the watch so i took it into the store only to be told it looked like it had been glued ..i was disgusted with his reaction then told me i would have to contact We care to try and obtain a response from them as they were not willing to refund

    It clearly states in your policy that everything has a 24 month warranty except consumabkes my watch should have been refunded but i was accused of damaginging it myself so they wouldn't have to refund the gentleman in question who sold it to my husband is called DANIEL F therefore he should have done all the right checks before selling on ..heartbroken

    The place is a sham you have no right to treat customers like this and your cop out telling your staff to email your complaints procedure is another cop out ...
