Clearly nobody from Ceva pays any attention to reviews, but here goes anyway. The goons who delivered my package today were over a week late, so of course they could not be bothered to notify me that they were coming. Instead of simply ringing the doorbell so I could tell them where to put the package, a 300 pound hot tub that I cannot possibly move by myself, they simply dumped it where it was convenient for them. This happens to be on the wrong side of my house. I called the local CEVA office, but of course, I could never reach a human to talk about this.
Desired outcome: Don't make me laugh. There is no chance they will make this right.

I have now spent 2.5 hours with two people claiming to be with CEVA customer support and it appears my bank account has been lightened by $617.00. I have added and removed multiple applications to my phone with zero success. I think I have been scammed.
My question is how did the scammers get my phone number if not from CEVA.
My original complaint has never been resolved and I had $617 stolen from my bank account.
