I had never heard of this company before when I received our Amazon order with a tracking number from CEVA. The tracking said it would arrive a week later than when we received it. The delivery driver was acting very nervous when he came into the office and said he had a delivery. Upon opening the box, the television inside was busted. I called Amazon and they were very helpful in the process to get the item picked back up and refunded adding "This is unacceptable" I agree. UPS and FedEx have better reputations and that's saying a lot. If you have something coming from this company, I would honestly just assume it's going to be late, lost, or broken. And if it's coming from pitney bowes, double wammy. Make sure to take pictures of unboxing items.

Recommendation: STAY CLEAR
