CenterPoint Energy Missed Appointment – No Gas, No Accountability
Complaint:
CenterPoint Energy shut off my gas service to complete work near my property and told me to schedule a free restoration visit to relight appliances. I booked the appointment for August 15 between 3–7 PM and took off work to be available.
They canceled last minute — no technician showed, no alternative offered. I lost income, can’t cook, and have no hot water. I’ve been taking cold showers and dealing with extreme stress. This is unacceptable.
I need this fixed immediately, without further delay. I shouldn’t have to miss more work, and my bill should be waived due to their failure to deliver promised service.
CenterPoint, do better. Your customers deserve reliability and respect.
