I ordered the unlock code for my Samsung Rugby Smart at 11:20 PM on a Thursday. I had to work early the next morning, so I went to bed right afterward. Hello Tmobile! But that's not all?. They continued to follow up with me until every single bump and glitch was worked out. These guys really know every nuance about the Galaxy S3 and they made absolutely certain that every number and code and network and and and and ? you name it, they made sure that everything was working correctly. I mean, they stuck with me for like 5 days, followed up, emailed me to see if things were okay ? I mean GREAT customer service! I think their price is very fair because you WILL get your device unlocked here. Thank you ? absolutely the greatest customer service!

First thing to say is I'm wary of those that claim very low prices - they rarely if ever work out. I picked Cellunlocker as they reflected the price I can get locally, all of whome said they needed my phone for a week! However I did NOT want my phone out of my sight. I decided to try online instead.
With some trepidation I tried out Cellunlocker online despite general warnings that online unlockers in general were poor if not downright dishonest.
First off their web site was clear, easy to understand and I selected my particular phone provider (as was) which was 3 Hutchison (UK). They advised the timescale which was perhaps some weeks, but I accepted that.
In the event it arrived much quicker in an email in just over a working week and I followed the YouTube video instructions.
It wasn't clear if you needed a signal and don't have one at home but it appears you don't need it anyway and I followed the instructions.
It did exactly what it said and my phone worked immediately with my alternative Sim card. It was really very easy and quick. Note the only thing it didn't do was remove the old provider's logo on phone start up, but that's of no consequence (I assume it's embedded somehow on the phone).
I'm now using my new Pay as you Go Tesco card and one very happy guy!
Cellunlocker contacted me again to ensure everything went OK - so I can certainly recommend them wholeheartedly.

Just 3 minutes after I submitted my first review, I received an email from them informing me that they have refunded my purchase. Shortly after, I also received a refund confirmation email from PayPal. The only positive outcome from this experience is that I have received my money back. However, I still do not recommend them and I believe they should be closed down. I consider myself fortunate to have gotten my money back, but unfortunately, many others were not as fortunate.

This company is 999% legit! They quickly helped me. Highly recommend over any over website they unlock your iphone remotely you dont even need to enter a code!

I saw a bunch of bad reviews so I figured I would leave a good one. I've unlocked 2 phones with them before. An old blackberry a long time ago and an iphone 5. I never had any issues with them. I got the codes for the blackberry in 2 days. I dont remember how long it took for the iphone but they're a great company and I would try them for sure.

They however could not drop this issue, responded and wasted my time.

I'll acknowledged part of their email just asked for a clarification in order to improve their website which is great, BUT they could not leave well enough alone and had to get in their last word in and give me the same old run-around they have been giving me for the past 2 days. Paying customers should not have to receive such a demeaning response to what they request be a UN-resolved, yet dead issue. That is just a horrible business practice on their part.

Received a code to unlock phone however the phone never gave the screen to enter an unlock code therefore I could not use the code. The phone is still not unlocked and they stated 100% money back if the phone does not unlock. Did not state everything had to be recorded and a video sent to get a refund.

I purchased an unlock code on 6-3-20. I paid $169 because the website stated unlock codes would be provided anywhere from 1-10 business days. I have been checking the order status for the past few days and the order shows "pending". I contacted them through their website twice and never received a response. My phone was blocked and I requested for an unlocking code. They said I would get it in a day or 24 hours. Nothing happened at all Saying it because it has already been a week! I was hoping to get my money back. My request was declined. Why? How long do I have to wait to get the service or at least my money? Why was I rejected? It's a huge ripoff and fraud.

I have purchase an unlocking code from these guys but did not receive it. Every time I contacted CellUnlocker customer service I heard only lies, they said they were working on it and needed some extra time. Three weeks later I contacted them again and they said that my code was finally ready.

In few hours, i received a mail from cellunlocker.net, having instructions and code to unlock the mobile.

After following all instructions and unlock code, i was unable to unlock my mobile.
When i contacted cellunlocker.net, they asked for different informations related to my mobile handset.
I provided all the required information, but still my mobile phone was never unlocked.

I even captured the entire steps in a video and provided to cellunlocker.net.
At the end i requested to refund the money back.
Even after several request to cellunlocker.net, i have not received the refund.
Consumer relationship authorities should bring this to the notice of the company and ask them to maintain some business ethics.

The instructions to enter the code never worked on my BlackBerry. The window for the code entry never appeared.

They request you to provide the video of how you unsuccessfully try the code and it does nothing in order for you to get your refund. I videos myself doing so, sent it to them, they refused the refund stating that they are just the resellers and the money has been paid to provider already and cannot be refunded.

Well, their relationship with their providers is none of my business, I just wanted my money back, so I filed a dispute with PayPal. Still ongoing...
