One.O.One Staff

I was in my local one o one convenience store 4/5/2023 at about 8 0clock and was waiting to be served and one of the staff members were openly showing her distaste towards the up and coming coronation. With foul language. I think she should keep her private opinions to herself whilst working with the general public I keep getting an email asking for more information... What more information do you need

Desired outcome: all staff should be made aware that it's not appropriate.

One.O.One Refund not yet made

purchased an iphone on the 31st march 2016, after a week the phone got stucked on the apple logo due to an update failure or so. took the phone at their shop for repaired, till date i haven't got my phone back or any refund as they stated clearly that they were going to refund me a new mobile as they were not able to repair it. every time i call they tell me they are waiting for an answer from apple company of dubai and that they'll keep me informed but no calls from them. am fed up of waiting as such. any help would be very much appreciated. thanks
