Found a great cruise deal plus celebrity said book this cruise and we will upgrade your elite status. When I went to book three categories were advertised I choose ocean view but was told I would need to book elite ocean view but there was no elite ocean view offered, so I said I would take balcony but they said I could not book this, then I took last option in the add but was told this did not apply. Mind you add read book this cruise and receive this upgrade giving me three choices of rooms but none fit the advertisement. Vacations to go agent who was great tapped me in with a celebrity. All they could say was they apologize. Bait and switch is not an accident so buyer beware you are not considered a valued consumer.

Recommendation: Dont trust Celebrity Cruise offers
