I was in store today and was shocked and appalled with the attitude of your staff, I was felt very uncomfortable and a staff member made a comment about our clothing, then I asked how to make a complaint and was asked ‘how' I want to make a complaint and ‘who' I was making a complaint about. I was not supported at all to make a complaint and I feel the comustomer service was anadiquite.
