The store refused to assist me because they were closed before the time stated on my receipt.All I wanted was to make payment and collect my goods, so I feel I'm being robbed by the whole staff and for them refusing to call the store manager was unreasonable.
I'll be more pleased if my complaint can be resolved, as of know I don't see a reason to go and try to engage with the store manager as she refused to assist nor hear my story yesterday.and they should have rectify their times on my receipt to make me aware of it.so I was totally robbed and unfairly treated.
