We contacted the shelly beach offices concerning stuff that are outstanding. We asked for the owner of that branch and we got [censored] attitudes from the staff and the owner refuses to speak to a customer. We are not asking for an extension as clearly none of you people know what the difference between an extension is and payment arrangement. The way your staff talk to customers and how the owners deal with customers are not acceptable. We were mearly asking that the wstuff that is outstanding just be kept till the weekend for payments to be made as the person that can come make the payment does not have a car till the weekend as its in for a service.
