Casey's Pizza

Set order time at 5:45, order was not ready when I arrived. Waited 12 minutes longer for pizza. Order was wrong when arrived home. Taco pizza was supposed to have chicken instead of beef. This has been a common occurance at this location. Staff were arguing with each other. Complaining about other members and overall to customers. When wait time says 15 minutes, it can be close to an hour before getting order.

Casey's Dress code at Casey's 2998

First the card readers are on working on the pumps outside. Have been out for several days.

Employee at cash register is not dressed to company standards. Was not wearing the smock.

Told employee that it was ice and he charged me for a refill on coffee, needed to restate what was in the cup.

No name tag on said employee, unable to give you the employees name. I would name them otherwise.

Both stores in Pipestone, 2998 and 1006 Dress code is not practiced or enforced.

I put on several thousand miles a month and always use Casey's store on my travels. These two stores are the worst in my three state area.

Desired outcome: Casey's employee's Great the customer when coming in the door, listen to the customer, wear the correct company recommended clothing and have on their name tag.

Casey's Kitchen staff

Went into our caseys to get couple of wraps for the kids. After waiting for 5 minutes or so an employee asked if we wanted a sandwhich. I replied we wanted a couple of wraps made. He stood there with a blank look on his face and a girl (Mercy) chimed in that if we wanted wraps made it was gonna be a little bit before they could do it. Said she had to clean up and do something else before. I waited a few more minutes no one headed to that area to clean or make my wraps. Considering when I first walked in the store this same girl was on her phone when I came In and was my entire visit. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. I left without purchase.

Casey's Against fired

I work at Casey’s in logansport Indiana there was an issue at the company on Thursday June 8th 2023. I was scheduled to work Kitchen with a coworker made Melinda also. Melinda left work to go cross the street to get liquor from the liquor store around 2ish. I ask my shift leader if I could go smoke a cigarette, my shift leader Breanna Pear said I could. Melinda came outside yelling at me to get back into the store so I did. She is still yelling in the store with customers inside I go to the kitchen area where Melinda was also working at she came yelling at me in front of customers for going outside to have a cigarette I stated to Melinda that I ask the shift leader and she said I could no reason to yell about it that’s when Melinda put her hand in my face so I push her hand away from my face. I clock out and called my boss Doris she stated she couldn’t come back to the store that night and told me to just go home for the rest of the night that she would call me in the morning after she look at the carmeras, I haven’t got a called back I had Friday the 9th & Saturday the 10th was my days off. I came back to work Sunday the 11th I walk in and clock in and got my stuff on I needed to go in the Kitchen area I notice the lights was off. So I ask the Manger that was on clock Dana why the kitchen light was off she said she needed me in the office so I went to the office waiting on her to come in. She comes in and tells me that HR got involed and they have to let me go for what happened when I am not the one who started it. And Melinda still has her job there and I don’t. I am making this complaint to see what you guys can do to fix it. If not I will do a lawsuit against Casey’s.

Casey's Pizza

Dates I ordered May 26th and June 6 th So this has happened 3 times I ordered from Casey’s in Fredericksburg IA I order a pepperoni pepperoni pepperoni pizza and there is hardly any pepperoni…… so the next time I ordered extra pepperoni and still got hardly any

I pay for the damn things an don’t get them

Makes me so darn mad! I have pictures also

Casey's Untruthful gas prices

On May 30 we stopped at a Casey's Gas Station. The sign said gas prices were as follows: lowest grade $3.09, super unleaded $3.19, Diesel $3.49. My husband filled our tank, I looked at the receipt, and we were charged $3.729.

We had been travelling across the country, and since entering Iowa, no station had gas that high, and most were $3.19 which the sign said. My husband went inside and asked about the switch in prices from the pump to what the sign said, and the employees said that they had no control over that and would do nothing to help us settle the problem. This makes us afraid to go to a Casy's station and we would not recommend it to others who were travelling. Hoping you can shed some light on this discrepancy.

Casey's Everything

The store is terribly mismanaged. The shelves and coolers are never stocked, even if there is stock in the big cooler or in the back. My husband inquired about needing a Dr. Pepper and there wasn't any in the cooler, but he could see there was more, just not put up. When he asked, he was told they only stock on Tuesdays.

Yesterday, I stood in line for a good while because there was only one cashier, and then the manager walked by and went to the kitchen, which had 3 employees already, and then took a delivery WITH HER DAUGHTER! Both left the store and they were already short handed. Her daughter has a car and is over the age of 18, she could have delivered that herself, as her car was in the parking lot.

I only go to Casey's because I have to sometimes, but if I never had to step in that store again, I would be incredibly happy. It's always short staffed, and always short of stock. I hope you guys can get it together, I'm not the only unhappy customer in my small town.

Casey's Angered employee

I’ve been an employee for Casey’s for 6 years and never have I ever been so disrespected. An employee was hired on, mind you I don’t know him. Anyways he’s slandering my name to customers and other employees, he’s out of control, the district manager wanted to fire ME over what he said ya I know I’m not special but I should have more respect then that givin to me over an employee that’s been there for a month. but had no proof because I didn’t do anything wrong. I don’t feel comfortable with working with him and feel I shouldn’t half to work with him. Should I apply for a transfer to another facility even though I adore my boss and everyone else I work with or should something be done about this horrible employee?

Casey's Gluten-free pizza

I ordered two gluten free cheese pizzas from casey’s convenient store on 4/8/23 at 5:06pm (order #m040540408-[protected]) at the casey’s in yukon, ok, off garth brooks boulevard and got two cheese pizzas that were not gluten free 🤬 i’m no stranger to the awesome pizza from casey’s, it is amazing (usually)! I’m restricted to small gluten free pizzas because the crust is not made in-house and brought in premade in only the small round size … perfectly fine as I purchase two small cheese/taco gluten free pizzas 🍕👍🏼 … on this particular day we picked up our two large regular pizzas (one taco, one cheese) and two gluten free cheese pizzas. We got home and the moment I opened the box of my gluten-free pizza. I noticed something very, very different… it appeared to be handmade, square, fit in a large pizza box (to which it filled the box … very different than the gf pizzas I have ever gotten at casey’s), no cheese on the corners, and cheese appropriated in a perfect circle. Since we had company in town, I didn’t think hard enough to contest whether my pizza was truly gluten-free … until two hours post ingesting this said “gf pizza”. I was sicker than I have been in years 🤬 I called casey’s to inquire about their gf pizzas and was told unequivocally that casey’s gf pizza crusts are in fact premade outside the store, they are small, come in small pizza boxes, and are not hand made … which means that the gf pizzas I ordered were not gluten free at all! I realize there are individuals that are unfamiliar with the concept of gluten free, but I take great care to order from companies, and eat at establishments that recognize the inherent dangers of cross contamination … I do not have a “gluten intolerance, I have a severe case of celiac disease to which I cannot ingest gluten in any form (no matter how small) whatsoever! As you can see from the attached photos that these pizzas are in fact not gluten free at all 🤬 my husband mentioned when he picked up the pizza that the young man who was making our pizzas seemed clueless… inattentive, passive, and ignorant on the specifics of our order, and as a result of this young man’s incompetence I was deathly ill for a week! I went to the military base for treatment the next day only to leave as sick as I was when I went in as there is nothing anyone can do for a severe gluten contamination. I don’t expect compensation for my er visit as we are military and my visit didn’t cost us anything, but I want this case made known so that this doesn’t happen to anyone else. Frequently I try to order gluten free pizza from casey’s and cannot complete my order because a particular store is “out of gf crust” … which is fine as i’ll order from another store (which is what I thought I was doing - the store on 29th street was out so I ordered from the next closest store). Instead I got an imbecile who knew they were out of gf crust and proceeded to hand make my pizza with ingredients on hand that contained wheat … i’d like reimbursement for the two pizzas I purchased ($60) that we’re supposed to be gluten free and were not! I would also request that this young man be schooled on the dangers of giving someone an order specifically gluten free and the dangers that come from ingesting regular pizza crust made with wheat vs pizza crust made specifically for those of us with a true disease and not just an “allergy” … his incompetence just took my gut-recovery back to zero 🤬 people who cannot follow simple instructions that pertain to someone’s health should not be working in a food-service industry 🤬

Desired outcome: Reprimand the employee who served me pizza that was KNOWINGLY not gluten free as he HAND MADE MY PIZZA, and reimbursement of the $60 for two GF pizzas that WERE NOT GLUTEN FREE!!

Casey's Too many to count

I have tried to contact you guys through the app at least 15 times when either people were being inappropriate my orders were screwed up, which is all the time or my rewards just disappeared when they shouldn’t have and you guys never get back to your customers ever it’s ridiculous that Caseys was better than that but you guys never get back to any of your customers because you dont care

Casey's Manager

The Casey's store located on Kansas avenue in Topeka Kansas the manager there is completely unprofessional is never there and steals time plus when you go in the morning there is never donuts or pizza ready nor do they stay open til midnight like the hours posted on the door state they close almost two to three hours early for no reason also the managers there are seen sitting on the floor or are always in the office and a work place is somewhere to work not a social gathering managers are there to work not to watch and make everyone else do the managers job because they want to be lazy this Casey's location is extremely unprofessional and should have the management evaluated

Casey's Treating your employees with disrespect and discrimination

In general since when do you get to use a person's past against them to move them up or give them raises? I personally feel you don't give a crap about your employees and that's why everytime I walk into our local store no one wants to do their job and push it onto the next guy who doesn't do their job either. Just because there was a problem at another store with a manager, and they used to be here doesn't make it right to treat your employees as though it happened here. It's a bunch of bs! I'm a regular and think it's really crap for you to offer raises to someone that walked out just to get them to come back, but you won't/can't take care of your ppl who's been there for years even longer than our manager that's fixing to be gone Friday! Screwed up! Who do I talk to about this? I wanna know! I've very aggravated about what's happening at the store. We have one pizza cook that I will eat the pizza he cooks, the rest can kick rocks. I've ordered idk how many pizzas and somethings always wrong with them. You know what, it gets old after so long and if you guys care, you'll fix the problem. If not, good luck, cuz our store will go to [censored] if he leaves. They'll give a manager position to someone out of state, but won't give it to someone whose in the place day or night, goes above and beyond for the store. I'm done with this crappy place if something's not done.

Desired outcome: For something to be done about the problem and treat ppl who work their tails off with respect. I'll wait for a response on this!

Casey's Service

Called and tried to order food then went to store asked if they could make a tenderloin at 3 in morning was told no because they was making donuts no food in warmer which has been a on going thing at night in the kitchen as the employees are outside instead of inside smoking pot or cigarettes. People that work nights or weird hours would like to get something to eat on the commute home but in Abingdon Illinois Casey’s that seems to be difficult at all times of the night between cashier and cooks outside doing whatever then can’t even make sense when they are talking or count the correct money back something needs to change

Casey's Employee Glenn Matchett

The day Was 3-18-23 The employee Glenn Matchett Cashiers at Casey's at 205 w state st Albion Nebraska I went in the store I had walked up to kitchen door to just say something to an other employee And Glenn was real rude and told me I needed to leave from their that the other employee had work to do I wasn't stopping the employee from doing his job and also Glenn Cashiers every night he works and he always closes the store early 5 or 10 minutes before closing time He always complains if someone posts in the parking lot Late it is like he is in such a hurry to get out of there

Casey's Beverage Sale/Customer Service

On Feb. 11, 2023, I went to the Casey's store at 1024 E. 1st Street in Ankeny, IA to purchase a bottle of Casey's brand water. I went up to the register, and it rang up as $1.99. I told the cashier that the label clearly indicated $1.59. I even pointed it out to him. He told me that "The price is the price. That's what it rang up as. I can't change that." I was dumbfounded and told him that that made no sense to me. He then said that I was "trippin' over fifty cents." I paid for the water and left the store. I couldn't believe what just happened. I have never had an experience like that before at Casey's...or any other convenience store for that matter. I fully expected that the item would be rang up at the price indicated by the label under the product. At bare minimum, I expect to refunded the difference. The fact that the difference in price is fifty cents is not the point. The point is that I didn't appreciate the lack of customer service and disrespect that was shown to me.

Desired outcome: At bare minimum, I want a refund of the difference and a written apology.

Casey's Not being paid for work

I worked at another store before putting kn a two weeks notice and applying at this second store. The manager at the first store was so unprofessional at first he was flirty. Then he seen I wasn't interested he started to talk about me behind my back but denied it later. I would be called in on my days off working 7 days a week sometimes. I came early and stayed late. He had no problem calling me even asking me to do favors like give employees rides at my time and expense. He cursed in front of the customers, most times cursing out employees calling men B words and me mother blanks. He'd say himself he's really friendly with the district manager, it was obvious. When myself and a few Co workers moved to the second store he was upset and lied on me and had the district manager lie but I was hired. The district manager came to this store so often once I started working there. She then started to harass me accusing me of things I didn't do. Chewing out my manager about me using a coupon using my mom's rewards after they took my 18,000 points. She was watching me everyday on the cameras while ppl stole thousands of dollars. Then my first check gets lost in the mail. She changed the schedule last minute and cut my hours down to 6 hours a week. My manager told me to just come in. I've to this day haven't gotten my check for 1-22/2-04. I quit 2-21st and later found out she fired my manager the same day.She then took 4hours and 19 minutes off my second check. Then she told my first ex manager that she fired me and my ex manager. He then told his employees we were both fired and that's what happens when you mess Grace. What a P.O.S. Company this is being ran by people like this. Discrimation sex in the work place under paying or in my case not paying employees gossiping and abuse of power. Casey's needs to get rid of Amanda as Fargo district management. Her personal hatred is the reason a store manager stole 20,000 dollars on her watch because of instead of watching the books she's watching the cameras for employees who she doesn't like and treating them like a criminal about a dollar coupon because that's all she could dust up. While other people she smiles and jokes with robs the company and then my address just so happened to get combined with my emergency contact and as of today I still haven't been paid

Desired outcome: My first payment and last payment as well as my 4hours 19 minutes put on my debit card. Amanda and Grace need to be fired.

Casey's Rude manager

I walked in the store and I was on the phone with my daughter I walked up to the register and the manager charity had asked me can I help you and I said yes just a second and she said actually you can leave right now I didn't even do anything I didn't understand why she was so rude and she was so mean and she refused my service I was on the phone with an important phone call and I don't understand why she would be so rude and turn her away my service I spend every day coming to Casey's and she was so rude and I don't appreciate that you guys should really look into it it is February 23rd at 5:04 p.m.

Casey's Unkept conditions of property, unacceptable service, degrading our city

Casey's Council Bluffs Concern

--------- Better Business Bureau needs to be notified! ------------

Concern for change / neglect that has happened at Casey's Store and area around the store -- at 16th St & West Broadway in Council Bluffs, IA.

The store used to be a BP Bucky's Gas Station. It was well taken care of, very busy with customers all hours of the day and night, kept in excellent condition, and all aspects of service were top-notch! NOW, since it has become a Casey's, it has completely gone downhill, service areas are so neglected with NO windshield cleaners filled or clean solution provided, it's just not monitored. The areas of trash at the pumps and the dumpsters are a disaster of neglect. The trash areas are overflowing, piled-up, trash all around on the ground, the surfaces are not clean and nice looking anymore. The walls of the car wash are falling apart, tiles fell off, paint is a mess, the unsightly sides of the buildings are just not maintained. Tried to go fill tires with AIR and a make-shift sign was put up there was no more AIR because the hose end was missing. The person inside at register was inundated with customers and all alone. "We are Hiring" signs were posted ALL OVER THE FRONT COUNTER. The entire outside of store looks a MESS and is DEGRADING THE ENTIRE CORNER OF THE CITY there. This is UNACCEPTABLE and encourages rodents, pests, vagrants to gather (which they were). A company should monitor these things, get a crew in there on a regular basis - to clean up the area and help the one employee. Casey's can afford to take care of their properties or they should close down and sell to someone that can. Stop making our city look like it's gone to the SLUMS. PLEASE, PLEASE check in on these things at all your stores and hire a crew to go store to store to take care of your properties. The 1 or 2 employees can't do it all themselves AND take care of customers. Casey's needs a new business plan and especially new ways of dealing with the deplorable conditions of the store and pumps areas, and the properties. We are not buying their fresh food anymore because if this is how they treat their service areas and buildings, then the cleanliness and condition of their kitchens and preparations for food come into question. Please clean up our stores in our city. We ended up having to go to other competitors stores to get what we needed in cleaning our windows, getting Air, and having a clean environment in which to shop and care for our SUV. We think they should definitely inspect your kitchens the way Kitchen Nightmares does, given the way the other areas of your property look. You all need to get with it -- at the management levels.

Casey's Poor management

The management at our store has been unprofessional and I would like how our store is being managed to be addressed. The manager writes me up because another employee leaves a unprofessional note about cappuccino nozzles being replaced and not being washed. We got into an argument and I was wrote up for yelling at her, when I did not yell at her, I was just trting to explain why I was frustrated. I was left a note about cappuccino nozzles thatbwere dirty that could have easily been washed in 5 or 10 minutes, and just been done with it. Me being the only person who even changes out any of the nozzles, I was told to leave the nozzles soak in sanitization and a girl I worked with that day was working a double and she would take care of them that evening. Well she forgot about them and I got left a very unprofessional, rude note from the kitchen assistant manager about the nozzles, instead of being professional and just talking to me about it. I was then approached by my store manager and was confronted rudely by her about the note after I asked her about it. I have also been called a [censored] by management (kitchen assistant manager) at my store #3088. I reported that to the store manager with proof and nothing was done about it. I messaged my assistant manager with confidential messages, which she then shared with 2 other employees, who happen to be kitchen manager and assistant kitchen manager, whom we work with that the situation pertained to. Anytime I try to talk to the manager to express any ways I feel can better our work environment or suggest new ideas to make our work place a more friendly welcoming place to work, she acts as if she doesn't want to hear it. The management is very poor here and another employee and I have been targeted here lately with write up threats and knit picking about every little thing. I feel like the management tries to push people out the door they do not like. Why is it they want people who are compassionate about the job to quit or be bullied to the point that they do not want to work there anymore. I just want to be able to go to work and not feel sick to my stomach. They also have people who close the store the night before coming in and opening the store, and that is illegal because there is only 5 hours in between shifts. The assistant kitchen manager paid another employee $40 to cover her shift and then the girl got in trouble because she was told she isn't to close and open again. Management here knows and has addressed to us that they can get in trouble if someone closes and then opens the store, but they still let it happen anyway. I just want management who is just as compassionate and caring about the employees as they expect us to be to them, to other fellow employees, and of course, the customers! The pictures below are of what a kitchen assistant manager said to me and this is how she left the store for me the next day when I opened. It is like this EVERYDAY at this store!

Casey's 3700 w. Locust Davenport Iowa

At around 11:30 I was using your app to order delivery. I was having difficulty getting the app to process the payment, which has never been an issue in the past. I called the store to see if there was a problem with the app or your website. I explained my situation to a female associate and was promptly and very rudely told that neither your app which I have ordered on many times before nor your website has ever had a delivery option. So are my eyes deceiving me or is your app lying to me. I'm writing this complaint because of the attitude of said employee. first of all there was no reason for such an attitude towards any customer. Secondly why do you even have delivery as an option if as YOUR employee so rudely stated that delivery has never been available. I,m not upset at your app but the attitude of your employee.

Desired outcome: I don't need an apology however I would expect training of said employee since she made it sound as if she was a long time employee. Thank you for time and consideration.
