This is what my engine looks like from the inside after the dealership check it out. The Certified mechanic said he never saw anything like this before. He told me that oil change hasn't been done in quite some time I told him when I bought the car, I did all the Maintenace needed but. He said the was alright bad when I received it. Carvan didn't a good job taking care of the car. They do just enough for the car to pass. Dealership said I need a new engine the is $16k. This is total lemon & the care is useless. I am glad I kept all the Maintenace records from day one. I had 2 Cadillac dealership & 2 repair shops, and they said the say.

Someone needs to hold accountable for their actions. If they are willing fix their major problems, then shut them down completely. The don't deserve to be in business. We don't have that kind of money to throw around. Can someone do something. Other states class action lawsuits.

They say they do 150-point inspection I don't believe that's true. Buyers beware of their tactics. They are not honest. They take short cuts. You will probably have trouble after the 4 months. Do yourself a favor and do a complete diagnostic check on the 1st but don't let pass 7 days or you be regret it dearly.

According to Market Realist, if you discover that you bought a stolen car from Carvana, you should get in contact with the police immediately. Carvana should also be notified, and all pertinent documents should be gathered. Depending on the situation, it may be a good idea to lawyer up.

CarEdge reported that Carvana has sold stolen and damaged vehicles in the past. In one instance, a Denver man entered into an arbitration lawsuit with Carvana after the online retailer sold him a vehicle that was stolen from Hertz rental company 7 months prior, several states away. After completing an online purchase of the car from Carvana, the disgruntled customer was later able to get his car back, but the problems didn’t stop there. In what turned out to be a post-sale, stolen vehicle inspection, the owner found that the vehicle had previously been in an unreported accident and had sustained significant damage that Carvana had not “noticed” during their so-called 150-point inspection. (They don't do any of this BS)

I am not sure what else you want from me

I made a compliant to the DMV in New York City. I also wrote a compliant to BBB. I am going to hire a lawyer because Carvana is a bunch of crooks. I bought a 2011 Cadillac on May 4th, 2022, and started giving problems later that year and the Representative told me it is what it is. I had the water pump & the belt replace twice costing thousands of dollars. I took it to a number of repair shops & dealership, and they said this car was not well maintain well. The facilities said I need a new engine. I should not be having this issue. It's been in the Dealership for 3 weeks and counting. I think that someone should investigate their facilities wherever they do business. A few customers in different states are having the same as me. I really, they don't do a good job when comes to mainlining their cars. I have receipts of the work that has been done and estimate that needs to be done. I have numerous

Claimed loss: $15,410.53

Desired outcome: Pay back the loan we took to BridgeCrest financial or replace it with another that Truly works with no issues!
