I had booked SUV with 4 baggage kolli in March 2025 from 31st. July til 10th August 2025. When I arrived at car rental office to pick the car, they didn,t have SUV but offered me sedan with same catagori. I asked them that my baggage won't fit in it that,s why I had booked SUV.
They gave me lower catagori car, so I can manage to put my baggage in it. They told me to get price differance from Cartrawler because I made payment to them.
I contacted cartrawler the next day via chat and get connected with Yasmine. I explained to her the problem and asked about the best solution about it.
She was so rude and replied to me that if car rental company didn,t have the car I booked. I should have cancel the booking and should have gone to another company to rent a car. Just imagine, you have booked this car 5 months in advance to get this price and cancel it. You have come to car rental office after 12 hours flight, 4 pieces og baggage and with shuttle bus to there office which is about 10 minute drive from the airport.
She reply in rude manner, she can not do anything now becasue it all my fault that I have booked car 6 months in advance and car rental company didn't honor their contract.
I will advise all the customer to book direct with car rentral comanies to avoid this kind of conflict, specialy avoid cartrawler.
