I booked a car rental through Norse Atlantic. Unbeknownst to me it was Cartrawler who was the third party company. I arrived at the car rental within the 4 hour grace period but was late due to our flight not getting in until 12:30am and getting to our hotel at almost 2am! So we were supposed to pick up at 10am and arrived at 10am. When I first got there they told me they still access the booking but because I booked it through a third party my credit card wouldn’t cover the insurance which is a service my USA credit card offers. They wanted £25 a day for insurance! We booked the car from August 2-25! I tried to cancel. Even though my contract told me I would be charged either 3 days rental or $115, whichever was greater. However, when I finally got a hold of a person I was told they would keep my entire booking fee of $554! The car rental charged me an additional $993! It’s disgusting and I’m sick to my stomach and it literally put such a damper on our first vacation in 8 years! We were already on a tight budget and this company has caused us massive emotional and financial stress now. DO NOT USE CARTRAWLER!

Desired outcome: I would like the additional costs refunded since had to pay and additional $993! I would like the $554 original fee paid to this corrupt company paid back.
