Bad service from cartrack. Still awaiting on the technician for the installation of the unit whereby my appointment is today [protected] at 10h00. Still waiting for feedback from cartrack why technician running late or a reason. I've made numerous calls and none of the consultants were helpful. My reference no is [protected]. I wish cartrack can teach their person ell to be more professional and helpful instead of letting a client call back thousands time and speaking each time to a new consultant which are also useless. Still awaiting cartrack tecnician from 10h00 up to now 11h21 to install a device in my private vehicle at my house. The appointment scheduled was a waste of my time. Poor service from cartrack consultants after numerous calls whereby I could be given an answer why the tecnician is running late. Next I got a call from another consultant at 11h21 that the tecnician called me which ain't the truth.. The tecnician doesn't answer his call at all and I as the client being taken for a fool and a liar. Someone at cartrack is covering someone but I regret using their service. Cartrack is worse really

Have an appointment today on [protected] at 10h00. Got home, no sign of technician. I've called cartrack numerous times but to be dissapointment as they can't explain the reason why the technician ddnt pitch. It's 11h08 now and no sign or reason or the way forward form the call centre. My installation ref no [protected]. I was just informed now that a technician called me by Cora makamu of cartrack and God is my witness, the technician neva called. I told makamu now that technician must not come with nonsense coz my telephone records won't lie... Bad service to make me as the client a liar and cartrack can't give me an answer why the technician running late or anything. Shoo I regret signing up with cartrack,... Quick to get my money out of my bank for the intallion but sleg to install it
