Spireon I bought 5 Trackers and when I installed the 1st one, it didn't show up on my home screen

I bought 5 Trackers and when I installed the 1st one, it didn't show up on my home screen. Support took a whole week to update my account, but the mobile app still doesn't work. I've been trying to get the phone application working for more than 3 weeks, but all they do is keep escalating a "case" and nothing gets done. Spireon's carelessness and dismissiveness cost me over $3,000. This is the worst customer service experience I've ever had. Wouldn't even recommend my worst enemy to this company.

Spireon I paid for the service on April 21 and I still ain't been able to activate it

I paid for the service on April 21 and I still ain't been able to activate it. I got an email from the company on the 21st but never got the activation email. When I called them 'bout it they said I gotta call the dealership, even though they could confirm I bought the service. I asked if they could help me contact the dealership 'cause I didn't get what the problem was. They said they couldn't, I had to do it. I asked if I could talk to a boss and they took a message and said they'd call me back. When I called the dealership they knew 'bout the problem 'cause it seems like it happens a lot. Really unhappy with the service and support for customers.

Spireon *** is like, totally non existent

is like, totally non existent. So, I switched phones and needed some help with the app, you know, to keep track of my car and stuff. I sent them an email asking for help, but guess what? They never responded. Can you believe it? Then, like a whole month later, I get this email saying they haven't heard from me and they're closing my case. Seriously, it's like impossible to get ahold of anyone. And get this, I'm actually paying for this service! Can you believe that? I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone, seriously. They really need to get their customer service people in line, you know? Like, they have a job to do, so they should just do it! And of course, I'm paying for a service that I can't even use because they won't answer the phone or any emails. It's like they're just ripping off their customers because they're too lazy or they just don't care. Can you believe that they're actually accredited by the ComplaintsBoard.com? Like, seriously?

Spireon Spireon Inc is a company that provides various services

Spireon Inc is a company that provides various services. However, they have shown a lack of professionalism and disregard for their customers. Despite being informed by our lawyer about a breach of contract, they have chosen to ignore us and provide services that we did not request. Moreover, they do not honor their contracts or adhere to their own policies. To make matters worse, they have charged our credit cards without permission, even though they had previously assured us in writing that they would not do so. This company is highly inefficient and engages in unscrupulous practices, taking advantage of people's money and then demanding additional payments instead.

30 months ago I prepayed a 60 month subscription for monitoring by Spiron. But then, out of the blue, the subscription got stopped. Sprint, the service they used, dropped their 3G and Spireon had the nerve to ask me for $150 to transition the service, even though it wasn't my fault. I gave them weeks to fix the problem, but they didn't do anything. I even asked for a partial refund, but they completely ignored my emails. This is just not right, it's like they're tricking people into buying their service and then not delivering. It's practically fraud! Spireon shouldn't be allowed to keep doing business without taking responsibility and honoring their contract. They should be fined and given bad ratings too.

We was told that the 4 things we had put in needed to be upgraded cuz of 3G tech at no cost. We was asked to sign a DocuSign for the new upgraded, NO COST things, which we did. Instead of swapping the 4 things, we got sent 7 things. The things ain't been put in by Spireon, they still in the shipping box. We was then told that the 7 things was under a new contract for 3 years. Also, one of the original things that was put in one of our cars caused electrical damage to the car, which we had to pay 'bout $400 to fix. I sent the bill to Spireon, but they ignored it. This company uses sneaky tactics and ain't honest. Their customer service is terrible and don't respond.

Spireon On March 25th, I bought a 60 month subscription from Spireon for monitoring

On March 25th, I bought a 60 month subscription from Spireon for monitoring. But on April 15th, 2022 (36 months later), I couldn't use the vehicle tracking services I paid for. So, I called Spireon support to ask what's wrong with my device. They told me I gotta pay $150 to get a new device for my car if I want the services to keep working. I told them this is crazy 'cause I paid for 60 months of monitoring and I expect to get what I paid for. Spireon is doing unfair business stuff, breaking the contract, and selling a service that ain't what they promised. I want Spireon to either give me a refund for the months I couldn't use the service (24 months) or give me a new device and install it for free so I can use the services again. Thanks!

Spireon I signed up for Spireon to lock and unlock my 2 cars from far away

I signed up for Spireon to lock and unlock my 2 cars from far away. They charge $30 for each car every month. I joined on November 29. Their tech person put a thing in each car and said it was done and working. I tried to lock and unlock the cars lots of times in the past 2 weeks and talked to a bunch of their people like ***, *** and ***. None of them could fix the problem or give me back the $60 I paid for December. They won't send a tech person to fix the cars until December 27. I paid for stuff I'm not getting, so I want my $60 back for December.

Spireon I contacted support on 9/16 and got a bad, kinda rude reply

I contacted support on 9/16 and got a bad, kinda rude reply. It was frustrating 'cause this company is in *** and they handle our personal info. When I told the Supervisor about it, they apologized for not replying quickly. That's not even close to what the Agent said, but whatever. I've been trying for a few weeks now to talk to a Manager. It's not that hard. I asked to speak to someone in *** but no luck. I mentioned the ComplaintsBoard.com and another way to write a letter, and I got a call from someone a couple weeks ago, but not the Manager I wanted. I emailed a couple times since then, no reply. I called on Friday and they said they'd call back, but they didn't. I want a Senior Manager from *** to call me, please.

This guy called our office and said he's from the company we currently have a mobile tracker with. His name is *** and he said he represents Sprint now ***. He said the tracker we have with Sprint won't work anymore and he'll send us a new tracker by mail. He told us to get rid of the old ones. We tried to pay the *** but couldn't pay like we did before through our mobile phone. The new tracker had a different account number. We called the phone number and were put on hold for over 1 hour. This went on for 2 months. We called *** and asked him to cancel our service with the tracker. We got an email saying the service was cancelled, but the *** is still increasing and the letters are saying our service was cancelled because we didn't pay. We've been a Sprint customer for 30 years and always paid our bills. We need this *** to be cancelled because we never used the service.

Spline reached out to me in January cuz I had lots of probs with my Spireon stuff and their support. On January 4, *** but then *** texted me on January 6. The main thing I wanted from Spireon was to be able to lock and unlock my car from far away, but they never made that happen. They keep takin' my money for services they ain't givin' me. Me and *** spent most of 1Q22 tryin' to fix these issues. *** kept sayin' they wouldn't charge me until they fixed it. But now it's May 24 and Spireon ain't helpin' me and still takin' my money. I want a full refund of $222.26 that Spireon charged me.

Spireon In Jan 2021, I bought a LoJack thingy for my car

In Jan 2021, I bought a LoJack thingy for my car. I signed up and paid for 5 whole years of service. But then in March , this Spireon company took over. Back then, if I had any issues, I'd call support and they'd help me out real quick. But now, things have changed, man. For some reason, nobody can help me with my system anymore. I've called so many numbers, and all they say is, "That ain't us, but here's another number to call." So I call that number, and guess what? Same answer. Nobody seems to know what the heck they're doing or who I can talk to for support. This has been going on for a couple of weeks now, and no matter who I call, they just give me a number I've already called before, and it's the same old story. It's really freaking me out that a big company like LoJack and Spireon can't even answer a simple question or provide basic support. I seriously need help with this, man. If something happens to my car and I can't track it, I'm screwed, and not just because of the 5-year service plan.

Spireon I bought a car from Drive Time in January , and the device was already installed and activated on 1/3

I bought a car from Drive Time in January , and the device was already installed and activated on 1/3. My subscription, verified through the *** app, doesn't end until 12/28/2022. However, my car was stolen on 10/31/2022. I called many different people to try and access the device to locate my car, but I was told that they don't have access to the device and cannot find the car. They informed me that the network used by Sprint is no longer in service, but I was never informed about this beforehand so that the device could be updated. Silver Rock, who holds the contract, told me to contact Spireon. I reached out to the dealership, and they told me to contact *** and the lien holder. I contacted ***, and they said they don't have tracking ability on the vehicle. So now I have a useless device that I paid for, no access to it, and a stolen vehicle. There must be someone or some way to find my vehicle. If a device is going to become ineffective, I should have been notified. My device number is *** fusion.

Spireon I got LoJack by Spireon put in my new Kia *** by the dealer

I got LoJack by Spireon put in my new Kia *** by the dealer. I turned it on in June 2022. It ain't been working right at all. Problems: GeoFence alerts are mad late and wrong. Like, I get 2 "leaving" alerts in a row, but no "returning" alerts in between. And they come days late. The history don't show no trips. The app says the car is at a place it went to days ago, even though it's in the garage now. If my car got stolen, this thing wouldn't show where it is right. I don't think it would even work 'cause the rest of the app don't work right. I called customer service 4 times. First time, they said they'd pass my problem to "Tier 2 Support" and they'd call me in *** hours. They never called, so I called back. They said they still working on it after 2 weeks and will call me when they fix it. But they never called, even though they promised. I want this to work or I want my money back. Otherwise, I wasted a few hundred bucks on a service that don't work and never will.

I bought cameras and GPS stuff for my cars to find them, lock/unlock them, and turn them off/on. But only the GPS worked. I've been reaching out to the company's support for two months. Every time, they tell me to do the same steps, but it never works. They promised to have a technician call me many times, but I never got any calls. I had to keep following up on my own tickets and calls every week. They promised to escalate my tickets at least four times, but nothing happened. Finally, I talked to a manager who promised to escalate it, but nothing happened again. I finally got in touch with the original sales reps who told me to wait *** hours for a response and escalation, but I never heard back. After a few tries of asking to cancel the service and telling them I've been paying for something I'm not getting, a different rep contacts me and says it will cost over $5000 to cancel. Later, they promise to send a more "experienced" technician, and I actually get one. But I tell him that I don't want the service anymore, no matter what. After troubleshooting with the tech, we find a "work around" solution that isn't even documented yet. All I want is for them to uninstall the product and stop the service without any fees or penalties. They can even take back the equipment if they want.

Spireon I bought the Lo/**** Stolen Vehicle Recovery System with *** from Spireon Inc

I bought the Lo/*** Stolen Vehicle Recovery System with *** from Spireon Inc. for over $995. Spireon got the *** when they bought Lo/Jack, and now they're responsible for everything that came with it. According to the user agreement, customers who bought the Lo/*** Stolen Vehicle Recovery System with *** need to get their unit checked after installation to make sure it keeps working. Lo/*** also suggests getting the unit inspected every two (2) years to make sure it's still functioning right. To do this, you gotta get a Lo/*** trained technician to come and do the inspection. But when I tried to schedule an inspection, Spireon told me they don't do that anymore. They didn't offer any help at all, even though the user agreement says they have to. They just said, "good luck with your Lo/*** system" and won't give me the services I need to make sure it keeps working. Spireon is supposed to take care of the Lo/*** system they bought, and they're contractually obligated to do so. That means sending out technicians for inspections, even if they're scared of the coronavirus. Refusing to do it is breaking the user agreement and could get them in trouble with the law.
