Yesterday I went to grocery with my kids in carrefour bawabat alsharq mall. During checkout the counter was broken but still running which i notice after the incident not before .so happened was my son was at the front giving his stuff to the cashier and his finger got stuck in conveyor belt .I got so panicked asking for help but there was no one who came for urgent care and help .it was so traumatised they have been waiting for me to disappear and they moved on .
Claimed loss: Injury to the right thumb of my 6 years old boy
Desired outcome: I want to take strict measurements so that such incidents should not repeat in future.
