On Dec 11 I sent my valuables to cash for gold and they were lost by FedEx. Still I had to file claim through cash for gold usa on Dec 26 and it said 30-60 days. I have been put off and told claim department wasn't available multiple times and it has been over the time limit and still am trying to figure out what I can do about it and am going to be in contact with my attorney in the morning because I lost a lot and trusted the company.

EXPERIENCE... I honest to God would not and will not recommend you to my family or friends ever. It was by mistake really that I sent you anything bc I did not realize I had got appraisal Kit from this company and not the two that I have dealt with and grown to know. Basically family. The commentor is a liar. He said it was all plated silver. [censored] The Bulouva watch had 10 kt Gold. Yes it may had been plated. Yet there were 17 jewels as well. There were a couple other items I know for a fact were gold. Plus I put the paper for a 10 percent bonus... so you give me 5.00 and some change?! I'm not happy. I will be reporting you to the BBB especially that it was important tome and I was straight lied to

Unfortunately I’m unable to post on this page because I don’t like the page. This company is a scam. Do not send that to them. They offer you the lowest amount. I sent 18 10kt, 14kt, and 24kt gold chains and bracelets as well as pure sterling silver chains and bracelets and they came back with an offer of $101.00? What a joke. I don’t think one item in there I spent less than $101.00 for. When I went out and then I met with questions such as an itemized appraisal they cannot get it they said they typically don’t do that. Other questions that I had for example when I sent them a comparison from another company that was much more than theirs they never even responded back to me.This is a scam, never give your precious items to the people

So I sent in my items to CFG approximately a week and a half ago and was informed that the items I sent in were fakes and so I said ok send it back and when I got my items back i immediately went through it and there are earrings with the Diamonds ripped from there placements as well as some other stones that were pulled from there placements and replaced with some cheap fakes and I have proof that the items I sent in are not the same as the items I got back and if this isn’t taken care of and made right I will be pursuing this matter further by speaking to my attorney and filing a lawsuit

I sent them 14 items and have a record of how much each item weighed, what gold karat, the size of diamonds on a couple four or five items and individual pictures. They operate on texting which is fine. What they don't say is how many items weren't real. They just say we have evaluated your items, are returning the non precious items and sent you an offer link. Out of fourteen they only sent back three that are non precious which is also fine. I know now that I should've asked more questions before accepting the lowball offer. Or had my items returned. This company is a ripoff unless you need money in an unexpected emergency or something. But I will sell my own stuff on ebay going forward and I have over 100 more items. I had a total of 29 ounces in 18kt gold, 33 ounces of 14kt gold, four #12 diamonds, one #6 diamond, a dozen or more smaller diamonds, a ring with a topaz stone, and a ring with a purple stone. Out if what I thought was 33 ounces of gold the three items returned were about 19 ounces. They paid me $462 for 29 ounces of 18kt gold, 14 ounces of 14kt gold, three assorted stones, and about 20+ assorted diamonds. I highly don't recommend them and shame on myself for dealing with them. Tried sending all 11 pics but some won’t go thru. I can email pics later if I need to.
