Carrefour review: I am complaining one or you're delivery guy

He was shouting at me when i answered the phone and met him to pick my goods just because i failed to answer his message and calls, i didnt know he will arrive at that moment and that time because he asked my location 2 hours ago and he waited outside like for JUST 15 minutes. So please do some action with this, because clearly no one would like to meet a delivery guy with this kind of attitude.
