Fairfield Collectibles of Georgia, LLC ain't no good, I tell ya. They go ahead and swap out them 1/24 scale cars for 1/18 scale cars, but still have the audacity to charge the 1/18 price. That ain't right, if you ask me. They don't even deliver what the customer actually ordered. That's just plain illegal, in my book.

I ordered a bunch of collectibles from Fairfield Collectibles, but had a problem with one of them. Specifically, I had ordered a 1955 Chevy Nomad, but it took a really long time to arrive. And when it finally did, guess what? They sent me a 2019 Ford pickup truck instead! I immediately let them know about the mix-up and they sent me a return label. I returned the truck and included a note asking them to please send me the correct 1955 Chevy Nomad this time. But what did I get? Yep, you guessed it, another truck! Seriously, I didn't order a truck and I don't want a truck. What's wrong with these people? All I want is my 1955 Chevy Nomad. They've caused me so much mental stress and wasted so much of my time. This is not good at all. Needless to say, I won't be ordering from them again. They clearly have no clue what they're doing.

Amazing, I've ordered items many times and 99% of the time it was a smooth experience. I had one issue recently, and the major contributor to the problem is the shipping chain issue the present administration in Washington has allowed to continue. But the folks at Fairfield took care of it in no time. They were marvelous, sweet, and efficient. If I could give them and their service 7 stars, I would.
