Carrefour I didn't receive my order and I got no support from customer care

Dear team,

My complaint is about Carrefour online orders . I made two orders in December, got two parcels with only half of what I ordered. I sent carrefour emails and called manu times and sent on FB but no one is helping. I already paid for the order from my card. Can someone plz help?

Carrefour delivery of orders

Dear Carrefour Customer Care,

Am writing to you on the hope that someone will hear, customer care in jordan just write down what we say and do nothing.

I ordered some stuff from the online store, thr order came short as usual, but this time, I had very terrible experience, the delivery guy was very impolite, I refused to take the order, but the delivery guy just handed and said, we are not carrefour, we are just the delivery company, I don't care about your order, go deal with carrefour!

I asked him to write that some items are missing on the paper that may look like a bill, but he refused, I asked him to list the items that he delivered, he also refused, he was very impolite and the experience was very stressful.

This time I got one missing item worth of 6$, I don't care about it that much, but delivery is becoming a scary experience, and no one is doing anything about these delivery companies working with carrefour.

Carrefour delivery

hi,
i placed an order for home delivery on 4th Jan and was promised that the delivery will be made the next day between 2 to 4 pm. i made the full payment online.
next day, the delivery agent called at 5 m saying that he was delayed and he was on his way. i waited for the delivery to come and no one turned up.
next day, when i called Carrfour customer service on ( ), i spoke to Abdullah and he said that the delivery agent says that the delivery was failed !?
i refuse to understand how is that possible as i was at home WAITING for him to arrive. Abdullah wasnt helpful at all and said that he will place a request for a refund and i would get that in the next 3 to 4 days.

on 12th Jan, agian i called Carrefour querying about my refund and spoke to Firdos and she mentioned that the refund request was not made as yet!
this is appauling customer service and then the phone was dsconnected.

Please can i at least get my refund back! its been several days.

Carrefour all items were not delivered

first of all the driver arrived late . He gave me the packets and drove away . He didn't wait until I Finish checking my items . 3 items were missing . I have paid for it already. I called the driver again he said he will ask his supervisor to call me . Nobody called until now . I tried to reach the customer care but they don't speak English even if you select English language. My order number was [protected].

Carrefour sofa bed order #. [protected]

November 30, 2019, I purchased online a sofa bed expecting to be delivered within 3-4 business days.
Someone contact me from a dubai number informing that the item will be deliver that was I think more than 10 days now.i requested the delivery time but one of your team contacted me as insisted to deliver the item between 10:00 to :2:00pm, we will not be available during those time as we are all working.
I contacted your call center twice but no update and action till now.
Just because u received already the payment you don't care to deliver the item on time.

I will be expecting a call till tomorrow otherwise I will complain.

Carrefour centre table with stools

I ordered on 29th nov... Expecting a del. Atleast in one week... Two times I received message from drivers in second week ask for my location and I gave them... Still no one came... Horrible service I never expect that... Order no. [protected]... Customer service line I tried thrice wait for more then 20 mins each on hold... Carrefour online purchase made by carrefour phone application

Dear sir,
I hope this gets to carrefour management..
On friday nov 29, 2019 I made an online purchase of a vacuum cleaner. Next day it was delivered, when I opened the box, the main hose was missing, and some other parts too.. I called customer service and told them, nothing happened, I called again two days later, but still they did not replay..
Now its dec 11 after 12 days of purchase and still no one contacted me..
I hope you can help me..

Carrefour delivery - balcony furniture

I order online a set of furniture on the 04th of Dec for my balcony and it is mentioned delivery 3 business day. till now no one called me and i m trying to call center since 2 days and i stay on the call waiting queue for hours daily. i am travelling with my family for the holiday next sunday and we are afraid we missed our delivery. this is really bad customer service

Carrefour customer service

Good evening

I'm a client of carrefour
Tonight i went carrefour in rimal towers, jbr, it was my turn and the customer service she didn't accept me, with a really bad manner she told go another cashier and then she was laughing at me I ask her it was my turn and you give another client why you laugh she keep going laughing to me.
I said to the manager but she said i will talk to her .
She should say apologize.
When she talk with her what it will happen ?

Carrefour incomplete product

I bought a garden swing on 19/7/2019 and it was a big parcel that was delivered to my new house. I just moved in so I tried to assemble the swing and I realised that half of the swing is not in the parcel. I went to our branch in Cairo and the customer service said they can't do anything about it because the invoice is old ! I did not expect to get a product from careffour missing so I didn't check when I received it. This is a very bad experience for me because the swing is very expensive andI expected support from the customer service. How can I use the swing without the missing parts ?

Carrefour samsung a10 mobile phone

Hi Sir,

I booked Samsung A10 mobile phone through Carrefour app on 29th November 2019 and I paid for the same using my credit card. My order number is [protected]. Today December 04, 2019 I called the Carrefour customer care and told that the product is not received and got reply that the product will be delivered on December 09, 2019 . The delay in delivery is because of national day holidays in UAE.
After few hours I got an email that my order is cancelled. When I called customer care again, I got a reply that the order is cancelled because the product is unavailable. and they got the right to cancel the order if its unavailable and my cash will be credited back in couple of days.
But when I booked the product it was available. This act of Carrefour is cheating customers. I waited for the product for 5 days and now i got the reply that the product is cancelled. Its not good act towards the customers.
They display product on their website for low price. We will book seeing that price and pay for it. After few days they will cancel that order and pay back the amount after another couple of days. Its like cheating the customers.

PLease take necessary action against this .

Purchased in October this year . Last evening the thermostat failed and the chipper exploded boiling oil all over my kitchen and my husband and my self . My husband caught the brunt on his head minor luckily because of the distance he was away . I was exchanging couple of pants bought yesterday with other two of the same price due to size miss for the security guard was acting in an extremely bad behavior stopping me and my family spelling out bad words showing very aggressive attitude
I had the goods exchanged by the help of the exchange good lady

Carrefour bad delivery services

Im complaining about Order # [protected] for online purchase at carrefour Azizyah.
The order was booked on 3-11-19 and paid online. Given date for delivery was 5-11-19. Now at the time of delivery, it is being communicated that some items aren't available.
My question is If items weren't available, why those were booked and get paid?
If they are finding items on the delivery, there would be a great chance of out of stock. Then what will be the benefit of online purchases? After waiting for 2 to 3 days one will get half of its booked order.

Carrefour washing machine installation

I specifically asked a salesman at Carrefour - Airport road branch when should I expect my product to arrive. They confidently said that it will be delivered the next day (Wednesday 30/10/19) and installed the day after (31/10/19) by the MAX.

I did receive the product on Wednesday as promised. However, no one contacted me regarding the installation until this moment. I have been constantly trying to call customer support and when I managed to finally get someone to speak to, all they could offer is to send an email to the concerned team to expedite the process. Salesmen should consider the ethical aspects of their job before applying the professional one. It shouldn't be a matter of deceiving customers just to sell and hit high targets to get rewarding commissions at the end of the month.

I understand that customers can sometimes have very high and unrealistic expectations. But in my case, it was a matter of fraud. All I ask for is that salesmen should be more honest and give full correct information to customers.

Carrfour is one of the largest supermarket chains in the world. Therefore, such behavior is not accepted.

Carrefour quality of plastic bags

Dear Carrefour management,

Hope you're fine,

I'm writing to you as I'm extremely embarrassed about the service provided by Carrefour hypermarkets outlets in Egypt to customers recently. I'm a regular customer to Carrefour and it's been years i deal with you as i respect the quality you always provide to your customers. But it's been a while now that i face many issues with you regarding the quality of plastic bags you provide for shopped items. The bags are very poor and doesn't support holding anything inside it. Whenever I'm at the cashier and after paying i start picking up the goods in the plastic bags and they start to be torn away although they are almost empty and don't have that much weight in them to get torn! I'm not able to lift the goods and get outside the supermarket due to the bad quality of bags. Even when i reach home and start holding the bags to get in, the bags get torn away and all the good fall on the ground which is a mess really! I totally understand that Carrefour egypt has changed the previously used good quality bags to the new poor quality ones "which does not have Carrefour logo on it by the way" as a sort of cost reduction but reducing cost does not mean providing bad quality and service to customers to the extent that they can't lift their goods to their homes! I contacted the customer service here in egypt and they told me that there a lots and lots of people complaining of the same issue from Carrefour bags and that they shifted to these new bags as they don't contain formalin so they are more environmentally friendly and sooner or later these bags will not be available anymore and will be replaced by blue bags which will be purchased by customers once and for all. However, until this happens Carrefour is responsible to provide the optimal service to its customers and ease their shopping experience rather than make it a hectic one.

Finally, i truly trust you judgment for the above situation and expect a prompt action from your side to solve this problem and get back you trusted quality by customers.
