When I called for a rental car, a representative was incredibly rude and unhelpful, making me feel like my need for a ride to work was my problem alone. To make matters worse, a mechanic has suggested that the issue with the car may have been intentionally concealed. The fact that I'm now facing this problem so soon after the purchase, coupled with the disrespectful way I was treated, has made this an extremely upsetting and stressful situation.
