National Auto of Waldorf I tried to buy a car from this dealership on 10/28

I tried to buy a car from this dealership on 10/28. The next day, 10/29, I went back to cancel the purchase and pay with a different method. The dealership couldn't come to an agreement with my bank and now they won't give back my deposit.

National Auto of Waldorf I bought a car and added a warranty for $2000

I bought a car and added a warranty for $2000. Thirty minutes later, I went back to the dealership and asked for the warranty to be canceled. The warranty has been canceled since 10/13 and was backdated for 9/29. However, the $2000 has not been reimbursed. Every time I called or went into the dealership, I'm being told next week for the past four weeks.

National Auto of Waldorf I bought a *** 2018 last January

I bought a *** 2018 last January. Two days after I bought the car, the motor light came on. Took it back, they said it was the gas cap. Had it serviced at *** 3 times so far! This time, they said the subframe was replaced, looked like it was in an accident before. This time, it's costing me a lot of money - right axle, differential, and transmission are gone. I only put 22,000 miles, barely drove the car. They're telling me to have the car serviced. I've had the car serviced so much. That's their excuse. They're buying cars from auction, fixing them, and selling them. Unfortunately, I was one who got taken.

National Auto of Waldorf On January 22, 2022, I traded in my 2017 *** for a 2015 *** * series

On January 22, 2022, I traded in my 2017 *** for a 2015 *** series. I gave them power of attorney and my ID so they could go to the DMV for me. But they said I had to go to the DMV myself and get the title and show them proof so I could drive off with the ***. I did that. Then on 3/19/22, I went back to the dealership to get the hard tags and title for the *** because the paper tags expire on 3/22/2022. They said they wouldn't give me the tags or title for the *** because they haven't received the title for the ***. It's not my fault because I did what they asked and gave them permission to go to the DMV for the ***. So, I decided to go to the DMV myself on 3/19/2022 to get a duplicate copy of the title for the ***. The DMV told me there's no record of me being the owner of the vehicle.

National Auto of Waldorf On October 7, I got a call from National Auto of Waldorf and talked to Lenny M***

On October 7, I got a call from National Auto of Waldorf and talked to Lenny M. He told me that I was approved for the 2015 *** and I needed to put $3000 down. So, I went to the store to give them my driver's license and buy the car. When I got there, I paid them $2200 in cash and $800 on my debit card. I left with the car, thinking that I was fully approved and my payments would start on November 21. However, I had some personal problems at work, so I quit without knowing that they hadn't called to verify my information.

I managed to get my old temporary job back and I explained everything to them when it happened. Unfortunately, the dealer couldn't approve me for the $3000 down payment at that time. But since I already had the car, they didn't make me bring it back. Instead, they sent an employee to pick it up. I gave them the address, and they came and took the car. They assured me that I would receive a full refund because it wasn't my fault that I wasn't fully approved and they had let me leave with the car.

Days went by, and I received a check for $576. They had taken a total of $1624 from me because they mistakenly gave me a car that I wasn't fully approved for.

I went to National Auto of Waldorf to get a car, it was financed through ***. I was approved for a *** 2014 nice in the interior and out no bumps or anything we drove the car from the dealership a couple days goes by the engine light comes on, I call the dealership they say bring it back so they can have it fixed. We had to get a rental car to get back and forth to work because *** rides are so expensive. The dealership called me 5 days later to pick up the car. I drove the car 2 days only to see that the engine light is back on again and now I'm fed up with the dealership I called the dealer his name is Ron he said to bring the car and they would have it fixed again, Ron call me back in 2 days to come and get the car. National Auto of Waldorf I bought a car from National Auto of Waldorf on October 15, and it's been a real letdown, to be honest

I bought a car from National Auto of Waldorf on October 15, and it's been a real letdown, to be honest. The person who sold it to me was *** and I also dealt with *** who's the Sales Manager and *** who handles the finances. Right from the start, I should've walked away. They advertised a price on ***.com, but when it came time to pay, they wanted almost $10K more than the asking price. I objected to paying so much over the sticker price, and eventually, during the financing stage, they reduced it and said they'd only charge me a "Certification" Fee that comes with all their vehicles. So, my final price went from $37K+ to a little over $30K, including tax, tags, and the certification fee.

I immediately told them that the car's alignment was off because it veered to the left when driven. There was also a lot of road noise that got louder at higher speeds. *** said it might just need a tire rotation. But when I took it to another shop, they told me that one of the tires had a broken band and a bulge across it, causing the noise. Plus, the tires were bald and needed to be replaced. I tried calling *** and *** for over 30 days, but they ignored me because they knew I lived far away (1.5 hours from the shop). They kept putting me off and saying someone would get back to me, especially ***. But I never heard from them, except when I drove 1.5 hours to the shop.

They gave me an *** close to ***, insisting that the car hadn't been in an accident. But after two different independent garages reviewed it, they confirmed that the car had front and back damage from a car accident (Enclosed *** owner report). Conveniently, they ignored me for over 30 days, so the car's 30-day, 1000-mile warranty would expire. They charge consumers $2K for certification, but no maintenance was done on the vehicle. Since I bought the car, I've spent over $1400 on filters, a water pump, and now tires.
