Carl's Jr. review: Extra ridiculous fee for beyond patty

I received a coupon in the mail to lure me back into Carl’s Jr. It is so expensive that’s the only way I will go. The coupon was for $3.49 off a breakfast burger. I had the patty replaced with a Beyond patty. We got some other items and paid. While waiting, I looked at the receipt because it was way too expensive even with the coupon. When checking the order with the receipt, I was charged an additional $4.99 for the Beyond patty. There was no discussion about an extra fee. The cashier explained that he just pushes the buttons, and that for him, was a good enough excuse. This place is way too expensive and so deceiving with their phoney specials that you need to jump through hoops to get, and then it still doesn’t work. After giving it another shot, you’ve screwed me over for the last time. You’ve definitely lost a customer. And believe me, I will voice my opinions to anyone and everyone. So disappointed. It’s a good thing I waited for a few days to calm down before writing this.
