Carl's Jr. review: bad service

I invited my family to a meal at you restaurant and to enjoy a good time together but when we ordered our food we asked for the items to be fresh. When they brought us our food, the food was not fresh and the meat was cold. My six dollar burger bun would even disolve into pieces with every bite that I took. And my wifes and sons burgers were cold and the meat as well so my wife went to return her and my sons burgers and your coook was very rude adn talkin back to her telling her she wasnt gonnsa exchange the burger because its was ok my wife just went to tell the the burgers were cold I dont know why she stared talking back to her and acting rude me and my family really like eating at your restaurant but I will not be inviting them to thie resturant again and have this embarrasing situation happen again..
