Carl's Jr. manager actually managing

I went to this restaurant on 7/30 and I'm watching an employee working. It makes me angry that he's cleaning restrooms and on the drive thru at the same time and both managers are in the back of the restaurant not even helping the continuous rush of cars in the drive thru and customer line in the front of the store. I am very disappointed that the employee is clearly working very hard and not even a sliver of help in sight for him. I hope the employee gets recognized for putting up with the irresponsibility of the managers.

They are waiting for you to file your employment application and help out. It is getting harder and harder to hire Illegal Aliens since President Trump took office. Managers are Managers. Not Frontline Employees. Perhaps the Manager was ordering the new stocks of food so the store could stay afloat. Do you know how long that takes?

Carl's Jr. how rude arrogant the service crew of one of your restaurant

Come to this restaurant almost twice a week before I go to work I stop by and have my meal today I'm with my son and wife . My son order Ckn tenders meal and I order the super double famous star . I placed my order 7:00 pm after 15 min I ask where's my order and they told me that they are just making our order 7:18 pm one of the restaurant employees told me that they are just putting the children into the fryer when I ask if I can talk to the manager the manager exit the back door and everybody behind the counter were laughing 7:23 pm finally we got our food but I dint enjoyed it because we have to go coz I need Togo to work

Carl's Jr. combo question policy

After placing my order the attendant asked if I wanted a combo. I said yes. She asked if I wanted medium or large. Thinking those were the only choices I said medium. I only later realized that I was charged extra for the medium combo. I consider this to be a sneaky tactic to extract more momey from customers. Buyer beware and in this case my impression is that Carl's Jr. would rather extract more money from their customers than give them what they actually want. In my case, I wanted a reasonable value for a reasonable amount of food. I didn't need more food but I did pay for it.

We are so sorry that you paid 29 cents extra for a medium drink instead of a small. If you would like your 29 cents back, you Jew, come on back into ANY Carl's Jr and tell them that you feel cheated out of 29 cents and I promise you that you will get your refund, you Hebe.

Carl's Jr. food

This is the 3rd time I have been to this restaurant. I have given them many chances and what blows my mind is the manager of this store gives me this food all three times! The picture speak for its self I am sure this is beyond terrible. All three times I have spent over 20 dollars on my order. When I spoke to the manager about this nothing was resolved all biscuits were burnt so I was supposed to get something else on the menu. I also ordered biscuits and gravy but gravy covered the biscuits and you couldn't see the burnt biscuit so I didn't take the picture. The Fry's were even burnt really? My family was so disappointed we lost our appetite. As long as this store keeps this manager I will not return this is just a shame. Not to mention totally disgusting! Yuck.

Carl's Jr. cashier/ customer service

I ordered a meal and paid with my debit card. The cashier ( young African American female) gave me my reciept back but not my debit card. I realized that as i was walking to the table. I immediately went through all my stuff just to make sure I didn't look over it ofcourse it wasn't there. I told the cashier I didn'tget my card back and could she check the area for my card. She had a generic non helpful attitude about it and scanned the counter. She said she didn't see it there. I told her it had to be there since I didn't get it with my reciept. I looked through my stuff again and didn't find it. The manager came out and I told her I didn't get my card back she then went moving things around and found my card under the pile of to go table cards. The manager asked her why she didn't look in the area for it.The manager then apologized for her sneakiness.I come to Carls Jr almost everyday after work. I'm disappointed in the action of that cashier who tried to steal my card. It was sneaky, unprofessional and uncalled for.I will not be visiting this location again.I'm hoping there is recording to show exactly what happened so she can be disciplined asap.No one should have to worry about having anything stolen from them by what is suppose to be a professional employee.

You should be immediately on guard the second you realize that you are being served by a knucle dragging, North American ground ape. You should have made sure you got it back immediately in the first place. See photo so you know what it looks like when a boogie gives your card back.

Carl's Jr. complaint issue from a group of employees


To whom it may concern first off all We Are a Group Of Carl's Junior. Employees writing this letter to complain and let you Know About Some Very Bad Issues Going On With the Store # 1100259 With Angel Luna As The General Manager, First Of all He is a very Arrogant and a rude person With The Whole Team that Works In That Store That He Manages, He Often Treats Everyone With No Respect At All, So He Won't Care If There are Customer's Around Listening At How He Yells To Us. He Puts Way To Much Unnecessary Pressure On All Of Us Without Any Reason, Asking Us To Sell Food That Customers Don't Wanna Eat Or Buy Because the Price is To High And Can't Afford to Buy them. Therefore Making Him Angry and Threatening us with Cutting our Hours Which He Is Doing Right Now Unjustly. But He Does Gives a lot Of Hours To His Family Members that Work With Him and Cut Ours To Give Them more, I personally think That's s Discrimination and Unfair for everyone Else at Work. Another Issue Is That He Never Smiles To Customers When He Takes Their Order And That Scares Them Away and Harms the Restaurant Business Making Some Clients Not Coming Back To The Restaurant. We Can't Even Talk At Work Cause He Will Often Get mad on Us for Talking, ( He Calls It Gossip) Some Of Us are Now nervous and scared to go to work and specially Working When He is there .

No one Wants To Say a Word Since Some Of Us Are Afraid To Complaint or Report Him cause nobody Wants To a loose Their Job, But in The Other hand We Can't Handle This unfair And critical Situation Anymore since these Environment has Become Unbearable for Every Single Employee From that Store, another thing it's that when he is not in the store His Daughter is and Follows the Same Strict and Exaggerate Rules from him Treating us like Garbage every one Wonder By Now Of He Is Using Some Kind Of Dope Or Smoke Some Herbs Since We Have Notice Some Days When He comes into Work Some Redness In His Eyes and his Face Color it's Not the same besides he smells Bad and keeps Changing His Mood a lot Some employees have already Quick because Of all that issues but the rest who remains working Need To support our families and Feed Them And that's Why we Are Asking For Help From the Corporate to solve These Matter, We Personally Will Request a Proper Investigation about These Intolerable issue, These Isn't a Lie or something That We Are Making Up Just To Create Problems Within Employees We Sincerely And Honestly Need Help From Someone From The Main Headquarters Otherwise We Will Go Look for Help Somewhere Else Like a Human Resource Corporate or File a Complaint At Some Big Corporate, For Our Own Safety We Will Remain Anonymous, The current address of the store is 5275 W Shaw Ave, Fresno, CA 93722

Carl's Jr. quality and service

To whom it may concern I just experienced the worst service ever.
I was the 3rd car in drive through it took 35 min to get to me.
They charge me for someone else order them they forgot they charge me and try to charge again
Only gave me 3 drinks instead of 4
The food was really bad they mixed all fries together and the burger was sloppy. Please help this store do better it's the closest to my home.

First of all you are lying about thp e amount of time you spent in the drive through. There is a meter inside the store that counts each car and how long it waits and if any car ever waited 35 minutes like you said, alarms would be going off from the Restaurant all the up the regional Manager's rectum. What do you mean the burger was "sloppy". I am not sure if you noticed you are AT A FAST FOOD PLACE! HELLO!

Carl's Jr. customer service

We literally sat in the drive thru for almost a half hour with two cars that sat in front of us for the same amount of time. Then when finally made it to the window in the blistering heat they forget to give our drinks. After requesting them they bring one and then close the window and did not return with the second as we sat there waiting for the other drink which never came. Im so pissed we just left because it would have been confrontational. The female girl at window was very rude and showed no care to provide any kind of positive customer service as if she did not care to be working there.! Im livid! And very disappointed in all service... If you could even call it such. I dont think I will ever return to a carls jr ever again. A straight dissapointment.

Carl's Jr. meal served cold

Went to the 24th St and Washington branch in Phoenix AZ I ordered my meal, food was served within 5 mins and it was completely cold, it tasted like, cooked yesterday and served today. I politely asked the manager (she did not give her name) to please give me hot food that is what I paid for, she said nothing, she just took the food back to kitchen. When food was done (hot) she brung the food to my table #56 and threw the tray down, this did upset me, after she did that I said "thank yoy" and she rudely walked away (my thought was "why is she mad, Im the one who should be upset, it was my food") I went on and ate the meal but I noticed no one elses food tray was tossed on the table. After eating I approached her, I asked is she the manager, she responded yes, then I mentioned to her that the proper response should of been "ma'am Im sorry about that, let me fix this" not coping an attitude because I wanted hot food. I have Biopolar Disorder and a victim of domestic violence, so when she threw that tray, it triggered my emotions, causing anxiety, embarrassment, now I can't get this off my mind, her treatment of me was not necessary and not in good standing of being a manager. Now I want to file a general liability claim, I will be speaking with an attorney on what avenue to proceed next, also require treatment from my psychiatrist, I am stressed enough...Please check the "American Disability Act" she had no right! If I didnt mention this happened on 07/19/2017 around 3p...my name is Cornelia R Johnson u can reach me at [protected]. If I dont hear from anyone at the Corporate Office then I will go ahead with the attorney. Thank you!

Did you know that there are only a few companies that insure fast food places? Did you know that every time you complain and they get your name, it goes on a list. Did you know that it is well documented that you are a known constant complainer? And where are you going to get an attorney to file a case like that? You think you are going to get one that will work on a contingency basis? You said yourself that YOU are the one with the mental problems. Good luck with your case.

Carl's Jr. customer service

I visited store #7371 on Sunday July 9th. My receipt number was 0196, Server Delah. I ordered a steak taco salad, when I got to the window I was told to pull forward as it wold be several minutes. I asked for a refund as I did not have time, that is why I was at the drive thru in the first place. I was told that was not possible. I pulled forward and after waiting about 10 minutes went thru the drive thru again. I repeated that I was in a hurry and needed a refund. Delah responded for me to calm down, pull forward, and my food would be ready. There were three cars in front of me. I waited another 5 minutes before I got to the window. She handed me a bag and walked away, at which point I called her back to get her name and a number to call. She yelled from a distance that the information was on my receipt. I did not check my order until I got home. It was incorrect and cold; I had ordered steak and received chicken. I have left multiple messages on both numbers provided on my receipt [protected] and [protected] with no return call.

Good luck. This is a FRANCHISEE store. That means that as long as the store keeps ordering food to sell to the tune of $295, 000.00 a month, Carls Jr. is not going to give a damn. You should have driven off and then called your credit card company and told them that Carl's charged you for food that you did not get and then not only would you get your money back per state law but the store would have been charged a fee for having what is called a CHARGE BACK. You have to hit them where it hurts. Not where it doesn't.

Carl's Jr. employee/ health code violation

Employee:female, tall, dark complected, black hair, pony tail, plastic apron, big belly, name tag hard to see (theresa?) was walking around behind the counter in the food area eating a breakfast biscuit, talking with her mouth full as she leaned over the fryers, leaned over and looked in the bags of food, over the drinks at the drive thru window, and at the front counter. She spoke with her mouth full, spewing food everywhere as she was telling everyone they were out of biscuits because the man cook did not tell her they only had 4 left & she just now put 3 trays in & it will take a while to bake. It was so disgusting that we told them to cancel our orders & we found a restaurant in town to eat at. Just thinking about how gross that woman was, and how she was literally taking bites & leaning over the foods, and talking with her mouth full BEHIND the counter makes me want to hurl. I can guarantee you this is a health code violation. PLEASE take action promptly.

Carl's Jr. poor customer service — close green burrito early!!

was at palm springs Carl's Junior located at: 2520 N Palm Canyon Dr, Palm Springs, CA 92262 On Sunday Evening July 9th at 9:55 PM. Green Burrito closes at 10:00-10:30 according to drive through attendant. I was there early the car before me also ordered Green Burrito and was refused. We were both there before 10:00! Drive through attendant was rude would not let me order. Been coming there for 10 years. Left and went to Taco Bell. People were honking behind me I felt humiliated. I have a iPhone and it uses a anatomical clock so it was correct. Please reprimand the attendant. I come there often and he's usually laughing with the kitchen more than servicing the drive through clients. I've been coming there for 10 years but never humiliated and lied to about closing time. I hope Carl's takes this serious and follows up with the employee regarding the incident. Otherwise my 10 years is over. Will not be treated like this again.

Carl's Jr. rib burger

I ordered the rib burger at the Carl's Jr on Santa Ana Canyon Rd in Anaheim Hills, CA. The picture shows the burger and the rib piece being the same size. To my disappointment, the burger was 4" round but the rib piece was 2" square. Definitely false advertising. I very rarely eat fast food but this burger looked so good to me. I won't be going back

Carl's Jr. no service, lack of compassion, lack of concern, not culturally sensitive to needs of customer

On July 7, 2017 at around 1:30pm I went and ordered a fish sandwich combo
20-25 mins later I inquired and a young lady said "we thought you left"
I was sitting a a table eith the #35 placard showing and she claimed she did not see it and "I don't know you" in a rude tone. asked to see the manager (another 10-15 mins) he explanation "people make mistakes" so "we will make your food again" give me about 5 minutes. I told him how rude the young lady was and it seems its my fault because the think I left the restaurant but I was there the whole time for 30 mins. I'm African American male but this could have been racially motivated. these people are culturally insensitive and provide little to none customer service

Carl's Jr. food/customer service/

I visted you're location at the canyon crest town center in Riverside CA yesterday 7/2/17 and ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and was given something that looked like it came out of the garbage. It was hard as a rock, as of it had been on the floor all day and warmed up in the microwave. So I went back in to return The food and was met with an extremely defensive "manager " Percila, who didn't feel like she wanted to do anything about the situation. So i asked for her for her bosses number and she gave me a number her district manager named "carlos"(who apparently didnt have a last name or a business card when i asked for it) number. I call it today 7/3/17 and low in behold, it's just a phone number to The location itself.. I spoke to a supervisor name "jose" who informed me percila was not the manager and that the actual managers number was "cofidental", he too was very rude and defensive. The worst part of this whole mess wasnt the blantant assault via old bacteria ridden food or even the lack of transparency or accountability, it's the fact that I ate some of it unknowingly and spent the rest of my night vomiting.

Carl's Jr. baby back rib sandwich

On June 30, 2017, my husband and daughter went to carls Jr 1100729, in Yucca Valley, CA and placed a order to go. Which included the new baby back burger meal. Along with other items and drinks. It looked so good on the TV that my husband went to two restaurants, since he doesn't like BBQ sauce or carls jr, so I could have that burger. They waited 20 minutes to get the food. When they got home I was so disappointed. When did it become policy to burn everything they serve. My husband said he will never go back.

This is re-cooked burger. Carl's Jr. Cooks, cook the hamburgers in bulk and place them in bins. When people order, they take from the bin. When the burgers are cold from being in the bin, they stick the pattie back on the char broiler to heat it up so it's warm. This patty was obviously warmed over several times. ALAWAYS ask that your burger patty be cooked FRESHLY and ALWAYS go inside and stand where you can watch if they do it or not. You will see the cook always looking around before he completes a FRESH REQUEST so he can see if someone is watching. If they see you watching, they will make you a fresh one.

Carl's Jr. service and product (california classic)

We stopped to the Carl's Jr. in Quartzsite AZ. We waited at the order speaker for at least 5 minutes after we were asked to wait a minute by employee working the drive thru window. There was no one in front of us either. My fiancée finally said we were ready to order and the guy answered like he forgot we were even there. We placed our order and waited 15 minutes to receive our food. After 10 minutes of waiting we seriously considered driving off and going to Burger King not caring we had already paid for our food. We drove off and discovered we received a criss cut fry and a regular fry when we ordered both criss cut. Then we get down the road and discover my fiancée's California classic was made with 2 bottom buns. We were already irritated and we certainly weren't going to wait another 20 minutes for them to fix our order. This was the worst experience I have ever had!

Carl's Jr. customer area

I went to the Carl's Jr. in Yuma, Arizona on 16th street and it was absolutely disgusting in the sense that the lobby was filthy. The floor was black and there were flies everywhere. Asked two separate times for them to wipe the table down and both times the gentlemen walked slowly over to the table and didn't even wipe it down completely. The kids area was a nightmare. Food was all over the floor and again the table were filthy. Looked like the area hadn't been mopped in days. The actual play area had stains all over it. Truly unpleasant experience. It was not that busy as well. Caught employees laughing a couple of times while standing around. Wouldn't come back.

Carl's Jr. big cheese burger bacon lettuce

I ordered on Friday, June 23rd and I asked for a big cheese burger with lettuce dry as it printed on my receipt and received condiments on it! I called the covina office store 7393 in 573 N. Azusa Ave., Covina, Ca 91722, but no answer, no voice mail message and just beeped. Very upset and disappointed. My order was #0254 by 00017/Claudia. There were no other cars before me because I ordered drive thru and little business at that time.

Carl's Jr. #11 filet chicken sandwich

Just picked up food from Carl's Jr. only to realize when I took a bite it was barely cooked. The chunks of gristle in the sandwich were hard. I could not even take one bite before I threw it away. Overally some of the worst service I have ever had from a fast food chain. Learn how to cook your food to be compliant with the Health Department. DO NOT EAT HERE.
