Cargill's Food City review: Service in the Cargills food city toward to the customers 4

1. Waiting for a salesperson in a pharmacy for about 10 minutes, although the window was open (which means the pharmacy was too), there was a sign "next customer"
3 times I asked cargills manager and staff to check if pharmacy work or not and when sales will come - all came in to the utility room and disappearing. When I asked about the delay - the salesperson's answer "this is my personal time. I was having breakfast"

2. There are 4-5 cash counters in the branch. At one, a girl was serving customers, 2 cash counters were being washed and cleaned by other salespeople, and at one cash counter, the branch manager (if I rememner correct Pavitha name) was working and serving a customer. When it was my turn to be served, he simply got up and left without saying anything. After waiting for 5 minutes, I asked the customer he was serving - was he going to come back. She said - it would be better if you go to another cashier since he had gone to the office for a long time... I went to the first cash counter. The manager returned after another 5 minutes. When I made a notice to him about his attitude when I was near his cashcounter, he didn't even react, he simply turned away and gone.. again

3. On the shelf, on the scales - one price for apples is indicated. As a result at the checkout - surprise for customers! price for about 15% higher. When I asked about the reason - the cashier answered "system error, you should pay as I indicated on the bill - 15% higher".

4. the cashier, Prasadi kept making fun of me when I asked to give her the hotline number. after my comment and another clarification of the hotline number, the answer was "I don't know the number". when they called the manager because of the incorrectly indicated price on the check, I reminded him how he ignored me at the previous checkout where he worked. Again, no reaction from him - neither on his face nor in words, not even an apology. When I took his photo and he saw it, only then did he start asking for forgiveness. And the cashier continued to make fun of me - both are in the photo.
