On 12 June 2025 I requested the reversal of a payment I made to the wrong beneficiary. I was told it could be done but within 16 days I said that is fine as long as I get my money back. After not hear for the bank after the 16 day. They could tell me why I did get it yet. I was told they will get back to me. I have been calling every two weeks but up until today I have not received any feed back.
