What could be the problem?

Today (26 June 2025) at around 16:15 pm I entered my card at a Capitec ATM machine intending to withdraw my srd 370. Immediately after I entered my pin, a slip came out with this words:
"Transaction declined. Daily withdrawal limit exceeded"

I went to another machine to check my balance. It came as 0. As I inquired my statement it states that I withdrew my 350 at that exact moment but I never recieved it. I only got the "declined" slip.

Desired outcome: I would like the bank to investigate and please refund my 370 back into my account
