Capital Vacations / Capital Resorts Group review: Timeshare lies, failure to file deed yet took our money, credit fraud.

This company TWICE said it was using our interest in another timeshare to help fund ownership in their company. After TWO years, they still have taken NO ACTION but are charging us a mortgage at exorbitant rates. We stayed in a North Myrtle Beach lodging that featured 6:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. jackhammering and sandblasting on the building the entire week we were there. Our view of the ocean was scaffolding rigging across the window. They refuse to turn over recordings they have made where we raised questions and received untruthful responses.
