Capital One review: Associates at capital one bank branch

Today 3/29/2021 I when to Capitalone Branch to deposit some money.
When I arrive at the brank there were 4 people in front of me. There 4 tellers taking care of customers. I'm waiting for my turn 12 minutes have gone by and all 4 tellers are still taking care of customers. Although I'm mindful that the representative should diligent when handling customer money. I also know that today's business is conducted much faster than when we have bank books. Today felt like a walk back to the 1960"s . Super slow tellers I to make matters worst two tellers were taking care of one customer while the other customer continues to wait past 12 minutes for an available teller. Then what seemed to be a supervisor apologized for the delay in service. When it was clear the contempt that the tellers had for the customer at the branch. This can of contempt for customers slowly erodes the bank and client relationship. And if goes unchecked it will eat at your profits in time as well.

Desired outcome: Seriously repremended
