Paid off car Loan. Was told Title would be received with 4-6 weeks. Never received it. Called bank they told me to call the BMV. I did the title is going to cost me $16.00. I feel that should be included in the loan amount & covered by First Commonwealth.

I have a complaint with First Commonwealth Bank Mortgage Department. I applied for a loan and was granted the loan. They were told of my closing date (June 15) when I applied (May 12). Two business days before the Closing date when I called them to verify the timetable I was informed that we would NOT close on June 15 and it would be at least two more weeks and a few days before we could close. I contend that FCB knew the day they took my application that they would not meet the closing date and they should bear all or part of the cost. They knew I had other options and they would have lost the business if they had been honest and forthright. I believe they make a practice of this and leave others hanging in the wind. This is terrible business practice and should be stopped! Missing the closing date has caused my wife and I to be homeless for 17 days and we must pay an additional $5,000(est.) for moving because we must put our household effects into and take them out of storage

So i have a car loan with this bank. A few months ago back in February (i think) i had my car taken from me for missing 2 months of payments when i called them and explained that i was in between jobs that i would pay what i could. They said okay we'll put that in your file. Well about 2 week later they took it. So my dad got it out and my payments were up to date. Well then in june my grandmother got sick and i had to take a few weeks off of work to help her. And i called to tell them that i was going to have a hard time paying that mouth that i would pay when i could. So every payment after that had been on time. So the repossessed my car for the second time and when i called they told me that i was 2 months behind. And it would cost me my enitre loan amouth plus towing when all the paper work i have for them tells me that repossession doesnt happened until 3 months of a negative balance with no payments. I had also made sure to ask multiple employees to make sure i understood.

Previously paid our monthly payments out of my personal bank account (PNC). However, after setting up September payment and setting up monthly auto draft out of my husband and I joint account (Saving Bank). First Commonwealth Bank withdrew 2 monthly payment out of my PNC and 2 monthly payments out our joint account (Saving Bank). Our First Commonwealth account was paid to current with no past dues. Why this has occurred is dumbfounding. After several phone and app conversations, I was told to file disputes with our banks and they could not recredit our accounts. Total withdrawn from our accounts was $2,549.64. when only $637.41 should have been withdrawn.

First Commonwealth Bank My father passed away in 7 and I had set up a reoccurring payment on Amazon for his needs in a nursing home/rehab

My father passed away in 7 and I had set up a reoccurring payment on Amazon for his needs in a nursing home/rehab. After he passed away the account went negative due to amazon purchase and then continued to accrue daily overdraft charge. The bank sent the statement to his previous address and when I received the statement the charges had increased to $160. Employees were very helpful and tried to get charges reversed but ultimately branch manager denied appeal. I reached out to district manager 3 times and never received a call back.

First Commonwealth Bank My bank card had been frauded 4 times since August 26th till today December 9th

My bank card had been frauded 4 times since August 26th till today December 9th. The bank/fraud department can't seem to fix the problem as I am the only one on my account that this is happening to. I have been without a card/money for at least 30 days give or take over all, I have 2 kids that need food and bills that need paid. My husband works out of town leaving me with no money due to all these frauds that the bank can't seem to stop. Upon asking how people are using my card or adding their personal information to my account I get no explanation besides thats what frauders do. I can't keep having my card being shut off and not being able to feed my kids and for the bank to take absolutely no action on their end other then saying thats what happened this time of year.

First Commonwealth Bank On, 09/09 I was charged for an authorized charge of $251.96 from "Be Kind By Ellen" for a subscription box

On, 09/09 I was charged for an authorized charge of $251.96 from "Be Kind By Ellen" for a subscription box. I only have one active subscription with this company. On 9/24, "Be Kind By Ellen" charged me AGAIN for the same subscription. I tried contacting their customer service multiple times with no response. I then ask First Commonwealth Bank (an FDIC insured bank) to process a chargeback on my account for the second charge. This charge WAS NOT authorized by me, and it needs to be reversed. I received a letter in the mail that no error has occurred despite providing proof of two separate charges, one of which I did not authorize to my account. This lacks consumer protections that FCB claims to provide to customers. I did not authorize the second charge to my account, and I want the chargeback processed in full otherwise I will be seeking legal council as this is now a fraudulent charge rather than an error.
