I brought my suv in to get the rear breaks replaced and an oil change. Wahem at the country hills blvd location assisted me.

When I reviewed the agreement and fees, one part I was asked to initial stated that canadia tire was not responsible for any damage they cause while removing and replacing the tires. I asked about it but wahem wouldnt help, stating he understands my concern but since they have no onsite manager (as usual) I have to email their manager who now works from home only. Im disgusted by the constant [censored] service I get. Prices are always higher than other auto shops and they seem to always play ignorant and unwilling to resolve an issue. This is not the first issue ive had there but it is the last. "go email the manager", who may or may not respond, and 0 service from the few staff that are working is total [censored]. Good bye canadian tire. I hope you soon go the way of woolco and zellers!

Desired outcome: Fure Wahem and the manager, hire empmoyees and a manager that will be ON SITE to actually HELP customers, instead of just taking their money.
