Canada Post review: service

Over the past few years our post office hours have been rediculous there are tmes posted on the door of when the post office is supposed to be open but the door is locked and we cant get our mail, I went there today at 4:00 and the sign says 4:30 why was the door locked? Why cant I get my mail? The pst office hourse dont work for someone working a 9-5 job, we are not able to get our mail on satudays and the only time the office is open late is on a thursday and thats still hit and miss this is getting very exhausting and very unproffesional why do I and other people in the comunity have to work around the post offices hit and miss hours of opperation? I would like this delt with and so would other people in the comunity, why cant the boxes be accessible to the public atleast? Please fix this issue
