We purchased a used Super C Gulf Stream Conquest Independent Super 6331 on 1/10/26 from Camping World in Longmont Colorado.The purchase agreement included new mattresses and detail plus a few other things. They replaced the mattress in the bedroom but did not replace the mattress on the pull out couch and did not properly detail the coach. We did not notice this discrepancy until a week after we got it home when we were transferring are personal belongings into the new coach. When we opened the pull out couch. The mattress was NASTY and underneath the couch had not been detailed. We found dirty clothes, including underwear, candy wrappers, and a [censored] load of food crumbs. It was absolutely disgusting. We have tried to contact are sales rep. Jayme Peitsmeyer with no response.

Desired outcome: Refund on the cost of replacement mattress, refund on cost of detailing
