Camping World review: Falcon combo kit a/t

I was at your Camping World for service on 4/29/2021 to have an installation of a tow package placed on my 2012 Chevy Equinox. To which this was done at your store Camping World #008 4681 Waycross Road Fort Myers, FL. 33905.
As of 6/11/2021, I have been able to safely drive my RV with this tow package. As I drove up through Florida I had to stop several places to camp because the instability was making the RV and the car sway horrible even doing 45mph. I was able to make it to a nearby Camping World in Summerfield, Fl. to have them tell me that I needed a stabilizer placed in the front of the RV, and as I had it done to find out this still wasn't the problem. On the 18th of June, 2021 Camping World finally brought me in to test rides with the technicians to see what the problem was and to have then tried everything including trying to say it was the fault of my RV.! st the tires which all 6 of them brand new, then to say it was the shocks which Camping World replaced them weeks prior and forgot they did them, and the air ride was too low then to high, then the pressure in the RV ties which were the right psi, and then say it was the ailment on both vehicles which was done prior to my getting the new tires. To their thoughts, they had no rhyme or reason for the problem. After 5 hours of them going over it with a fine-tooth comb to find nothing wrong other than the product being faulty, parts and I received the cost back of the parts, but they still charged me labor on both ends to install and to uninstall and the shipping cost. This is a shiesty company that takes your money, they do not do demos to teach you the ends and outs of the product and do not stand behind their words. I am out $3, 000 because they talk a reasonable game and during this process, they finally instructed me that my vehicle was one that had instability problems but the part they installed would rectify it which it did not.
