My husband and I are smokers, and when we do purchase anything we always look for sales and promotions, so when we see a promotion that says buy one get one free we go for it, we buy it ' well camel ciggeretts have a bs promotion going on right know, when you purchses 2 packs of there lights you get the third for free all for the scam price of 9.40, well i have yet to pay more then 3.70 a pack ever (i live in denver ,colo) so when i fell for there bogof propaganda i payed 4.70 a pac ,and when we asked several cashiers at all the places that offered the camel bogof promo ,they all said well your really getting each pack for 3.64 instaed of there reg price of 4.70 a pac.so even they admitted that it's really a discount on each pac when you buy 3 pacs,your not really getting anything for free. FALSE ADVERTISING at it.s finest.And the kicker after each place gave use there almost word for word explaination,they all sold us a single pac for 3.64 which is there reg price that they sell there single pacs of camels for, not the 4.70 price hmmm,what am i not getting.Well we have been pointing out this bs scam of CAMEL to anybody and everbody we know, and since i have no shame if i see someone (4 people so far) about to purchase the 3 pac scam i have had no problem pointing out that bottom line there not getting anything for free, i'm very proud to add that all 4 of the people made the choice not purchase the 3 pac deal. marboro here we come, because if they tell 2 people then they tell 2 people and so on and so on.

I live in San Antonio Texas area and the vendors are no longer putting camel Wides in our local H-E-B's and the only reason they wouldn't do that is out of laziness to put the oversize pack in a spot. I have asked management in several stores and they all give me the same answer it's the vendors.

Bought a packet of smokes with bar code [protected] and found one smoke that seems to have blood on it.

Found two odd looking smears on my smokes. I definitely won't be smoking them. Just thought you should be aware. Not looking to be rembersed.

Hi i buy 2 packets of camel activate purple everyday, most of the time the purple balls dont work, just bought a packet and i get a lemon cigarette in it. I am very disappointed as i only smoke camel activate purple. Please contact me and advise what your are going to do about the problem.

For the last month I have only been able to use 1 coupon.
I either get the message that I don't have any coupons (when I only used 1 in a months time) or the website times out
I've quit smoking Camels and went to Marlboros. Their website always works.
Even though i am in the chosen store it keeps saying i must be in the store for this to work. When i map it using the camel website it says i am still at home. And yes my location services is turned on. Please advise as i would really like to take advantage of this offer.

I have been a Camel smoker for a while and have been smoking the the Camel Activate (Blue) The past few packs I have bought, there has seem to be a problem with the activation button. in each pack about 12 of the cigarettes do not pop when activated, they just seem to crush when pressed with no effect.
The mobile app won't work I love getting 2 off and haven't received mail in awhile
For the past few weeks, the Camel mobile coupon is not working. Big tobacco likes it's profits, but should be more concerned with brand loyalty. Too many other companies offer discounts regularly to guarantee they keep their customers happy & loyal. Get your IT people on the ball, or people on the fence will abandon you. (I'm one of them)
After a long working day I stopped at the local supermarket and bought my next pack of Camel Activte Blue. To my surprise the first sigarette did not have the mint ball inside. More than 50% of the sigarettes were the same. What a waste. As per the photos, 3 with balls, 4 withoit balls. The rest were consumed with the same resluts.
I buy a carton of Camel Crush every 9 Days ... Last couple of cartons when you get an inch from the filter there is no tobacco... Camel Crush is my favorite and the only thing I smoke could you kindly look into this issue?

I purchesed a role of the large frost snus and 3 cans didn't have 15 pouches. One can had 11 and the other two cans had 12. Been very happy with the product for years but this was very disapointing.

On work at a liquor and tobacco outlet and the new camels we have gotten are absolutely nasty. They're just not the same. Please bring the old ones back. I cant find them anywhere anymore.
I've been happy to smoke Camel Wides for the last 11 years and HATE the new packaging for them. I MUCH prefer the old cover of the pack, with the bold WIDES on the top and large Camel. The new camel 99s are horrible. Change em back or ima start smoking Marlboro 100s again. Smh they taste horrible. They are flimsy. I'm so disappointed. I refuse to buy another pack until they change them back
These new packs are [censored]ing terrible. They taste like wanna-be marbs if i wanted marbs id buy those. But i want camels! These taste like [censored] and when i bought a pack it came with 2 broken and i had JUST OPENED THE PACK! Go back to ragular camel 99 filters.

There are often 14 instead of 15. Wtf camel. I buy these daily and it's like 45 percent of the time I get 14 instead of 15.

The "new and improved" tremendously suck [censored]... I drove town after town, liquor store to liquor store... finally was able to find an ol man selling originals and bought two cartons! I'm very disappointed in the new that I'm considering just switching it up to another brand and company.
I've been an avid consumer of camel Snuss I just bought two packages and each package has been torn. The inside poutches are ripped. Interesting enough that I purchase punches to avoid the crud inside, it's all in my mouth lol. HELP!

When you send out coupons, you obviously encourage smoking, which is not a good thing. Smoking could lead to lung cancer. Cancer usually leads to death. So please connect the dots and see the issue. I just came back from the store down the street. Camel has a buy one get one free offer. Well, their normal prices are $3.40 a pack. Two packs cost me $5.03 with tax. So I came home and did a search on it, ended up here. I think it's false advertising also. You are not getting a free pack!
The reason it costs more is because you are still paying the ### tax put on everypack of smokes by our federal and your state goverment. They call them sin taxes and tobbacco has i very high tax on it.
